Rosticeria los Chilangos — Restaurant in Passaic

I drove from 45 min away to go and try there famous chicken, yet I left empty handed. Customer service was horrible, the waitress was not paying attention at the clients. I sat on a table that was avaliable and waited for 10 min yet never came to us. I end up walking up to the counter and told her multiple time I want to place an order to eat there. Yet she was more focused on the music and kept singing. After that she told me that there was no chicken to buy we would had to wait 40 Minutes and yet I saw alot of chicken to be sold. I was like what kind of restaurant is this they promote so much and yet Customer can't buy it because it was Not ready. Definitely would not recommend. IT WAS VERY DISAPPOINTING TO TRAVEL SO FAR...

Came here today Our waitress named was Angela V and I have to say am very disapointed everything when well until I got home and realize grautity was added on a party of 3 and a toddler without let it anyone know but the worse part I got to say was that the same waitress before picking up the check was giving a 30 cash tip in her hands and she took it we no shame I worked as a waitress for 7 years in NY and when ever grautity is added it most be on partys of 6+ also grautity is added waiter/waitress most let a customer know upon handy the damage not very nice of her to do what she did overall places is very nice but do be aware to double check when ever check is handed and that apparently this place adds grautity on...

The place is nice and clean. As soon as we walked in a young man helped but the whole "scan for menu " kinda sucks. The chicken was nothing great I mean if I ate here or a Costco chicken I wouldn't be able to tell the difference. The sides are bland with very little flavor. The salsas really suck no taste or spice to them. For a place that says it's a chilango chicken place it was disappointing. They also only give you 3 tortillas for a whole chicken for 2 ppl 😒 Like make it make sense . I wouldn't go back unless I was in the area already but only for the agua frescas those are good. Definitely needs improvement with the seasoning for the chicken...
