If I could give this place a Negative stars I would. This is the worst experience I have had ordering and awaiting for food. 1st we waited approx. 2 hrs. for a delivery, then when I was calling to inquire about the delivery, they were not answering the phone because of the caller ID and I know this because when my Co-Worker called from her personal phone they answered immediately, which is how we knew they were not answering the initial call I was placing. Is this how business is handled? I think not. The place forgot an entire order we called to inform them of the missing order and the girl started yelling at me. Business and Customer Service should never resort to someone getting yelled at when they are bringing money to your establishment! Needless to say I WILL NEVER ORDER from this...

I ordered thru uber eats. 1 whole chicken with 2 sides, chafa de pollo and a papa a la H sauce. Unfortunately, they gave the uber courier the wrong order and I received a lomo and a 1/4 chicken w rice. I ordered it for my brother and his family as he was coming back from vacation. I called the restaurant back and a lady named “Daniella” stated I would have to either pick it up or I was going to be charged an additional $30 for delivery fee. Because she would have to pay the driver. I told her I was an hour away and could not pick it up. She admitted it was an error on their end, with that’s being said. I ordered a whole chicken among other things via Uber eats and the chicken arrived undercooked today at 3:24pm. I called at 4:04pm to complain about the chicken and the woman told me she will send a whole new chicken with the delivery guide in 25-30 minutes. At 4:52pm I called again to inquire about the status of my chicken and the woman said it would take 40 minutes. I told her my food was cold and my kids haven’t eaten. She told me to call at 9pm when the owner would be there and proceeded to hang up on me. I am disgusted at the lack of customer service the employee and the whole establishment has displayed. I am a regular customer and demand that better service...
