D'Carbon — Restaurant in Paterson

This spot is good but seems like there’s different chefs . I always order a beef lomo and it’s very good in fact I don’t order from nowhere else but this spot . But for the last 3-4 months it’s like a hit or a miss on these lomos. I’ve been ordering from the other location on River street and there much better . This is not a bad review . I just want management to know this if they care for there customers . And if I notice this I’m sure other customers know this as well but just haven’t said anything and that’s bad for your business not mines so tighten up Please...

Food portions have gotten smaller, while prices have increased significantly. The menu doesn't even list prices, which is very sketchy. For example, Whole chicken with fries is now $33 (used to be less $ with larger portions, chicken looked smaller).

Plain arroz chaufa is $6, but the portion size seems to have shrunk significantly compared to previous visits. The location was kind of empty for a Saturday lunch compared to previous visits. Perhaps the price increases and smaller portions are...

We spent so much to be disappointed. I usually go to the other one which is always really good even to go. The food was so bad, meat was hard even in the chaufas. The jalea was horrible it was cold and soggy tasteless just the worst I’ve ever had. The fries were cold (the drive is 10 min from me) the chicken was the only thing that tasted fresh. Apparently they only take cash on Sundays, im not sure how true that is but they probably knew it was nasty so they needed to secure...
