Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Paterson

I ordered a handmade pan medium pie with extra cheese, onions, mushrooms, & green peppers for a person who does not eat meat and received a pie with chicken on it. I called the store and a gentleman answered and I began to explain the situation and without warning he rudely passed the phone over to another employee. When that employee asked me what was wrong I told her and she claimed the driver gave me the wrong pizza in the middle of my sentence she rudely handed the phone over to another employee without warning as well I mean serious where did you find these employees straight out of kindergarten absolutely no manners nor customers service skills at all what so ever. I am completely disgusted. And to top of the horrific experience from this dominos location the next person that I spoke with named Tanisha was the worst from all three with yelling and even hanging up on me. I will NOT BE ORDERING FROM THIS LOCATION EVER AGAIN. Why haven’t any of general managers taking any steps in training the staff at this location on customer service and resolving issues which I’m sure occur often? If they are this careless with their customers that means they are careless with making food which also means people will start to get sick soon and bam this location will have lawsuits good luck with all of that seems like this location has their hands full can’t even...

Literally i just called 5 minutes ago, to place an order for delivery. the girl who i wish i could know the name, so i could get her name on this review, she answers the phone on this place, and she asked me what my address was, and i said clifton and this girl, on the most rude way possible said “oh im we dont deliver to clifton, and hang up the phone like she didn’t care at all, that’s the worst costumer service, literally, this girl that answers the phone didn’t even take the time to check, that this dominos, is in paterson, thas next to clifton, and my address, which is in clifton, is less than 2 miles away, literally 5 minutes from this dominos. If I could rate ZERO stars I would. Actually -100 would be more accurate. This establishment basically stole money from me. Ordered Sausage and Pineapple pizza and got Pepperoni and I have no idea what the other grey meat was but it was not sausage. I can’t stand pepperoni and will not eat anything it touches . So needless to say I had to throw away an entire pizza and starve for the rest of the day as I was working and ordered this for my break with the last extra cash I had. Worst part is this was an online order so the word Pineapple was written out and the word pepperoni was nowhere on the order.
