Dr.Fruit — Restaurant in Paterson

Nice shop, nice area to sit down and enjoy with family and friends. Beautiful decorations , good customer service yet they failed to serve the product i bought in a better way.. i Got Dr fruit special , thier signature dish that I had requested to be put in to go box but did also decide to eat some while at the shop. The representative who took the order was very nice, polite and answered all questions except that when she brought the dish it was way too cramped and the to go dish size was too small for the item. They should have served it in a better bigger to go box tray with a dome lid so the it can be taken properly.

That was a big blow as ice cream shops must pay alot of attention to their dish represetation..the SWEET WORLD ROLLS ON THAT! They failed to do so for the to go Dr fruit signature dish.

Another very important concern i have they over do the syrup and natala topping. I dont think they realize there are many people who are allergic to natala toppings. They should asked this question to the adults and childern parents to make sure you realy don't have to do to see a DOCTOR just because you went to Dr Fruit 😉!

Hope they see this and make the needed changes! As for the taste, I could not tell much as I said all the items were carried in a small dish making it hard to enjoy or eat this sweet dish in proper way.

I don’t even know where to start with this place recently rented out the whole place for a birthday party. I pacifically asked them questions and they agreed to it. They said I can do whatever I want last minute when it was all paid for they told me I can’t do this I can’t do that I can’t do this I paid for 30 creeps And a chocolate fountain. Oh my guess came and I never received any crapes or chocolate fountain. They have very bad attitudes. They told me I rented out the place, but there were still people coming in to pick up orders they was terrible. The place was filthy, dirty. The floors were so dirty that I was embarrassed , there is one lady that is terrible. She started cursing in front of guest and they cheated me out of $300 worth of stuff. Terrible. Came in today to pick up a total of 6 orders for my family and I . 3/6 orders were right and the rest were all wrong . MIND you we were charged for the extras we requested which was fine. We specifically order two orders for someone who is allergic to bananas and when we arrived home . The order was FULL of bananas!! Like if he was busy I would understand but it was 10:40 pm when we ordered . We were the only people there to PICK UP MIND YOU!! And. Half of our order is wrong?
