If I could give zero stars, I would. I had one of the worst experiences at this boutique. Despite paying $400 for a custom dress, there was absolutely no sense of professionalism or respect for my time. The dress was finished late & we had to come multiple times to check up on it while she was literally eating in front of us while knowing we were in a rush which is completely unacceptable.

When my friends and I politely expressed concern about the quality and the option of store credit, we were yelled at. Instead of addressing our worries, she became defensive and rude to 3 young girls. Her daughter who was supposed to help knew nothing about the process and gave us false information. When Hazar finally showed up, she yelled at us for being confused by what her own daughter told us.

If you're paying premium prices, you expect care, communication, and basic professionalism. Her craftsmanship matches her attitude, horrible !
