Great service and it is probably the cleanest Dunkin Donuts I've ever seen; all the time.
Update July 10 2024.. The blonde Spanish lady(mngr) is the nicest. Always fast and on point. Short black guy...hustling even running to kitchen to get things done. Older lady making toasted stuff and what have you good. Heavy set girl in front RUDE. I ordered on dunkin app before going there. Just a frozen chocolate. I asked if my order was made at pickup window. She said I'm all alone. Not what I asked but I said nothing more and waited patiently. I watch several people arrive order and leave with merch so I finally asked why did all those people get their orders when they all ordered after me. She got loud and said I told you I'm alone. What does that have to do with taking the orders in the order they come? She tried to get loud because she couldn't handle the pressure but I cannot have another person get loud with me. I will not tolerate that from anyone. So of course, I responded, albeit respectfully and with clean language. She is very rude and practically had a meltdown, because she can't handle the job. Luckily, the manager lady stepped in and asked what I needed, but before she could even take care of it the short black guy was already on it. Thank you very much to that guy, as you already had a lot on your plate. Thank you to the manager for stepping in even though your employee was still being loud once you and I we're done. All in all great place and clean but that one girl needs to find a new job. Spent a lot of time in the customer service industry and people like her always got fired...
Read moreI have been a regular customer for years. I must say since the original owner and there family sold the business the food isn't good. Let me explain. I dont visit much but if I pass by I will stop in, but it never fails that they mess up the order and hand out cold food because there concern at this dunkin is meeting a speed quota thru the drive. When you pull up they ask you to back up while they reset the machine and then wave you to pull up. Bad enough thats annoying to do and unsafe. When you get to the window your food is ready to go and when I check for temperature its cold. Today the young lady handed me the bag and said have a nice day. So I pulled off only to check my bag and see the food was cold and I was missing food from the bag. I park on the side of the road to walk up to the drive thru window because it was so full. I told her you need to stop rush food out the window without verifying everything is in the bag and now your handing me cold food again. I told her this is unacceptable I spend alot of money everday at dunkin and this is not right. She asked for the food back and I said to forget it because I dont trust anyone to rehandle the food . Read moreI normally don't have an issue at this location. But last week I visited this location. I placed my order via the drive-through as I normally do. I then waited almost 10 minutes in line while the car in front of me proceeded to go back and forth with whomever was at the window (all the while I assumed it was the customer's fault). I finally get to the window and there's no apology for the wait, nothing. I am then handed a bag of donuts, a wrap, and 2 teas, none of which I ordered. I explain this to the young lady who goes to speak with who I assumed was a manager, and she comes back and tells me I'm wrong and this IS my order. I tell her I know what I ordered and this isn't it. Now the manager is at the window and I can see she's a bit agitated. She says, "I know this is your order because I took it. This is what you ordered." She was condescending and rude. I am college educated, so I think I would know what I ordered. I said thank you, but no, thank you. I handed her back the tea and started to drive off. Then she, the manager, said something that wasn't nice and very offensive. However, I chose to keep driving.
