El Rincón Mexicano — Restaurant in Paterson

Their food is very good, my son loves it. But their service is super bad. They got my delivery order wrong not once but twice. I spoke with a "manager" those 2 times and he offered a credit. I was never able to redeem the credit because whenever I wanted to order again the manager was never available and nobody knew anything about the issue. I went in person once and requested to speak with the manager, as usual he wasn't available. I asked the cashier to call him and he refused to talk to me over the phone but said that he didn't know anything about a credit under my name. Worst service ever. I'm definitely not ordering...

Paterson has a lot of good Mexican food and El Rincon has to be somewhere at the top of the list. I am not sure how authentic these nachos cantinero are but they taste amazing. I frequently order their quesadillas de pollo, tamales verde, tamales de Rajas (stuffed with peppers and cheese), and their tacos de bistec. Call them. You won't be disappointed. Btw... their prices are cheap for the quantity of food that...

I ordered Menudo it was alright a bit spicy I've had better,pancakes for my daughter where very dry and not appealing.Tacos where very dry and no flavor adding the sauce and salt made it better but i wont be comming back the guac was nasty! but the service was great price was reasonable for tacos,menudo,pancakes...
