Then when you call the office to ask why the name was not mentioned they will tell you that you must have not heard the name but that it was definitely said. Not only did I not hear the name, but also my mother, grandmother, and other family members. Are we all crazy or deaf then? And their only solution is that they can mention the name next week- the point was that it was my grandfatherās 1 year anniversary of passing on this week, not the next. This has happened more than once and we let it slide but itās infuriating that on the 1 year anniversary of his death they couldnāt get it right....

Even though there were other baptisms going on we did not feel left out or unattended. The class we took before the baptism took place was wonderful.
