I have family that live in the area and have gone to this establishment quite a few times.
Now to my review.
The interior of the establishment is modern, up to date, and clean.
The food is as any other McDonald's. No better. No worse.
I ussually go through the drive-thru. There is one lane with two seperate intercoms to order from. I never know which to order from. Sometimes the order taker will speak through the first intercom. Sometimes the second intercom. Sometimes I have to drive to the second intercom and sometime I have to reverse to the first intercom. The order taker is ussually rude. "Can I help you" hurry up and tell me your order tone. The order taker is sometimes someone with really poor english and hard to understand. Rarely a friendly greeting. Same issues when you order inside the establishment. Most times I'm asked to pull away and would have to wait for someone to bring my order out resulting in a longer wait than desired.
There literally has not been a time that my order hasn't been screwed up requiring I walk back into the establishment to get my order corrected. Again, resulting in longer than desired time taken.
Not sure what the problem is at this establishment. Maybe uninterested staff. Perhaps poor management. They sure need to hire people that would provide good service and put more effort in filling orders accurately. I've spoken to two different managers on seperate occasions. Read moreFood quality is good. Service is a hit or miss. This location, unfortunately, is notorious for tow companies picking up cars from their parking lot simply for parking there and visiting another business first. Their lot is much bigger, so when other nearby ones are full, sometimes the parking overflows into their lot. But buying food first to then go shopping doesn't make sense. Most people finish their shopping and want to grab a bite to eat at the end or take to go home. The tow company they use is predatory and have ignorant employees as they don't even check to see if someone is in the car before attempting to tow it. They almost towed my car with a passenger still inside because in a rush to make money, they didn't even check to see if anyone was in the car. Luckily for them, I arrived on time and stopped them from moving my car out as it was already jacked up. My gf finally got out of the car when she felt the car get picked up, and thats when they knew they messed up. If they had rolled off with her still inside... that's kidnapping. I would have happily sued McDonald's and the tow company.
You should welcome visitors, even those that shop around, because it's those same local people that also stop at your McDonald's. You are gonna keep losing local customers as 300-400 tow fees scar people for a lifetime. Plus, I've seen your parking lot just sit there empty as most people use...

Additional information regarding another poor experience. 1/1/2019 @ 6:12pm, Drive-thru packed, order taker didn't explain the process for the "2 for $5.00" meal. Rang up $25.00 + for 2 - 2/$5.00 meal deals & 2 Lg fries. Asks, "Is that all?" I point out that the total has to be wrong... "I need to know if that's all?" She replies. (Not FIRST, stating that the difference will be deducted at the end of the order... She repeats, "Is that going to be all?" Then says, "Its OK; the total will change at the end." After paying, I go to the next window, get my bag; this young lady doesn't repest the order to be sure it's correct, puts the fries on to sideways! (So, they'll spill out of the containers of course... All over the bag! After, I check to make sure it's correct... I'm missing a sandwich. And, the ones I do have are darker than usual... "Scorched!" So, I drive back to the place; go inside and say what's the matter. I'm told that the toaster is malfunctioning and ALL the buns are darker. So, I get my missing food and leave. Completely dissatisfied with the service, and quality. May have to travel "out of town" to get some qualit..!! And, Service!! (SMH😟) PS. Receipt is so badly printed, I can't even take...
