My visit can only be described as horrible, horrible, horrible. The service here is terrible!

They made me pull to the front and wait 25 mins for the $22 special when the store was COMPLETELY dead. As I was waiting at the front, and watching a local homeless man going in and out of the store talking to himself and everyone else, I also witnessed 3 sets of customers that went in, got their food, walked out and left. All while i was still waiting. Finally, to avoid going in, I called the store to remind them that i was out front (you know, in case they forgot or something lol). They answered the phone, didnt say "hello" but placed the phone down, off the hook, so i could hear everything that was going on in the store. I hung up and called back and wouldn't you know....it was busy!! So i went in.

Thwre was inly 2 customers at the counter and ZERO customers in the dining area (no big "rush", no reason I had to wait). I quickly learned that my order was never even put together, and they were scurrying around, asking me what i ordered, and shoving my things in a bag! This could have been done this fast while i was waiting at the drive thru window!!!! I walked out at 9:30 pm. It literally took 30 minutes for FAST FOOD (25 minutes of that was me waiting around)!!

This isn't the first time this has happened. My husband and son went last week and when my husband noticed they forgot something, they got mad and flipped him off as he was driving away!

We go to this location because it is close to our house. But we realize it's just not worth it anymore. We will travel the extra mile or so and go somewhere else where we will be treated better.

So....trust me....between messed up orders, bad attitude employees, and a messy kitchen area, I highly suggest you skip this location all together....

My roommate and I ordered on the mobile app and when I had to walk a half an hour to the store they said they didn't have order number 32. I immediately called him and he didn't answer because he was working at home and it was through his email 📨. I was irritated with them for not having the order, and helpless against the fact that his email was used. This was all happening while I was standing in the drive-thru window because the dining room had been closed because of something with covid with cars behind me. The woman at the drive thru window said to come back tomorrow after 3 pm. So I did. Now I'm partially paralyzed on the right side of my body so EVERYTHING IS MUCH HARDER. So I went back to BK and I was greeted by a woman who I later found out was the manager on duty, May. It was busy that day but she was working on something something at the drive thru window but when we had arrived and she immediately had excused herself and stated that she was going to be right with us momentarily. She proceeded at the task at hand. I then explain to her the situation and I finally showed her my receipt and she immediately called in the order to her backend crew. She didn't ask any questions and apologized, then she proceeded with taking my order like normally. She even helped me put my food in my backpack. Awesome!!!!!!! We need more of these workers in the food industry particularly wherever there's a need for...

My sister visited the establishment yesterday to purchase food for our mother. Upon receiving her order from an employee named Krystal, she noticed that the portion of fries was significantly lacking. Politely, she requested a proper serving. Unexpectedly, Krystal reacted by forcefully taking the bag back and, after a hostile exchange, proceeded to fill it with more fries. And she is supposed to be mangment.

This situation escalated when another employee, Amy, intervened with offensive language and physical aggression towards my sister. Amidst this confrontation, Krystal exhibited further unacceptable behavior by spitting in my sister's face. During this altercation, another staff member, described as having long hair, a heavier build, and tattoos, and who seemed to be in a managerial position, called the police without addressing the issue at hand.

When the police arrived, without inquiring into the incident, they physically subdued my sister, who weighs 110 lbs, and arrested her without providing the mandatory reading of her rights. This action was taken despite the aggressive behavior of the staff involved, who appeared amused by...
