Buford's Family Restaurant — Restaurant in Pawtucket

I ordered the #3 traditional breakfast from the catering menu for 25 people. The feedback from our attendees and my experience was that the food was delicious! The pancakes and French toast were beautifully cooked as well as the sausage and ham. This also came with a generous serving of breakfast roasted potatoes and scrambled eggs with cheese. Everything was fresh made! I was concerned to see that there is no longer any option to dine inside the restaurant and pick up only. Buford's came highly recommended by several people and I was disappointed to see the interior of the restaurant no longer being utilized. Terrible workers or owner whoever the guy was that answered the phone. I ordered from doordash they gave my order to the wrong person so my dasher was waiting for almost and hour... they kept changing dashers because the people did not want to remake the food. I politely called to see if they were open what was going on the guy yelled at me and said if i speak english?? that the girl picked up the order i told him it was a guy dasher waiting he continued to yell and hung up on me. never ordering from them again Noone order from that...

It used to be so good and cheap!! The prices have gone up and the quality has gone down. The staff is most unpleasant and straight up rude. I was there the other day and the waitress lied about prices and wouldn't listen to reason even though I showed her what the menu stated. It got to be so uncomfortable that I just ended up leaving having paid $10 too much for my meal. I used to eat here pretty regularly but I will never go there again nor will I recommend it to anyone.
