I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent experience with your service. This letter serves both as a formal complaint and a call for urgent action on your part.
Order Delay: My order was delivered two hours past the estimated time. This significant delay was not only inconvenient but also unacceptable for any standard of service.
Food Quality: Upon arrival, the pizza was in a deplorable state. The dough was noticeably raw, and the entire meal was cold, indicating a serious lapse in cooking standards and food safety protocols.
Customer Service Experience: The response from your staff compounded the issue. The delivery driver, upon late arrival, offered no apology or explanation for the delay. Further, when I contacted your establishment to address these concerns, the manager's response was dismissive and rude despite my polite demeanor.
Previous Issues: It's disheartening to note that this order was supposed to rectify a previous unsatisfactory experience with your service. Unfortunately, it only worsened my view of your brand.
Resolution Sought: Given the repeated nature of these issues and the severity of the latest experience, I am requesting a full refund. A complimentary pizza, which might be a standard response, is not an acceptable solution in this case.

I had to run all the way down Newport Ave to pick up something else so it gave me plenty of time to pick it up on my way back down and go home. I leave and get there exactly 23 min. My order isn't ready. Not only wasn't ready. Wasn't started. I was told it would be another 20 min. I noticed the kid boxing food was on his phone talking and boxing with another with NO GLOVES ON. The girl at the counter was back and forth from reg and prepping food. Out comes another girl from the back and hops right on pizza with NO GLOVES ON. I noticed the reg girl take the chicken wings I ordered with HER BARE HANDS and place it on parchment paper and stick it on the oven conveyor belt, The other GLOVELESS GIRL sliding bare pizzas to her. As she JUST TOUCHED RAW CHICKEN AND IS NOW TOUCHING ALL THE PIZZA TOPPINGS WITH HER BARE HANDS!!! Every single item she touch with her bare hands, she even opened the lil fridge beneath her and grabbed I think fruit or something, I MEAN SHE TOUCHED EVERYTHING GLOVELESS. not to mention the countless wiping her hands on her apron.
