Drinks were okay and all but watch how much they charge you! I’m from the valley and always tip my regular Dutch but this one didn’t ask me to tip or anything, just turned the screen towards herself and moved to the next car. I used Apple Pay so I get a notification on my phone and she added a tip for herself which isn’t okay 👎 had she asked me I would’ve tipped anyways but she added $1 on a $10 drink order. The point isn’t that it’s “only a dollar” but that it’s illegal and literally stealing! I asked to speak to a manager and they said one wasn’t there so I told the other workers what she was doing and they said “yeah this is the second time today someone has said that she did that” and tried to give me a dollar back.. I declined the dollar because I would’ve tipped if she had asked the point was, that she needs to be fired especially if it’s a continuous thing.Theft isn’t okay especially from a big company like Dutch. You either ask, or click no tip if you don’t want to ask...

Read moreHad to stop in for my free birthday drink! Super happy they had one in this small town. There was no line to walk up and say about 4 in the drive though. Not sure if this one gets super busy in the morning time or not. I went mid day. Granted the girl who helped us was nice and polite, noticed the people working here are not super interactive or chatty like most generally they are at others. Which could be good or bad either way you look at it. Other than that it's your typical dutch Bros and even in this small town...still no stickers available even for the birthday girl. Suggestion: could start a trend where they keep a little special birthday sticker in stock for people who go for their birthdays. Just a...
