Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza — Restaurant in Payson

In this experience tonight 2/8/2025, We ordered 3 family size pizza's, 2, 2 liter sodas and 2 cheese breads ($82.94). Chance was amazing, and handled everything very professionally! I forgot to ask for light pizza sauce on our Family size perfect pizza, Chance said no problem we can do that, onee girl on the crew, dark curly hair, olive complexion turns and looks at me and says "Its too late, It's too late. Chance proceeds to say it is no problem to me and said it's your pizza and I would like you to have your pizza the way youd like., and again asked for it to be remade, while all the time all the other crew members all girls complained, commented its almost 7, Chance said there was time to remake we are not behind. One girl also said well we'd like to close and go home. One of the girl's also said well then Chance why don't you remake the pizza, He replied okay I will, then one girl handed me all 3 of my pizzas after about 15 minutes, while chance was going to remake my one with light sauce. He said that perfect is not light sauce, and said I'll make you another one and you can keep that one too. I said that was very lind and complemented him on hus prfesionalism, and customer care and service, but said we wouldn't be able to eat 4, and asked if we could get it on our hext visit on account of him. He took my name and wrote it down, I As for the other crew, all girls, WOW is all I can say. I can not believe how unprofessional and how they were to Chance. I was appalled by their behavior, as a business owner, and prior business manager, it was distasteful and disrespectful. Service got 4 Stars because of Chance, atmosphere 1 because of the crew, and food 4 cause of tge comment of it's too late, but chance asking them...

Do yourself a favor and go to the SF location. Papa Murphy’s is by far the best pizza place! However the service at this location is the complete opposite of the pizza! We go to pick up an online order (my wife didn’t know what we got) so she asked the guy if that was it. He said yes she got home and realized that wasn’t all we ordered. So she drove back 15 minutes to get the rest. To find out “we don’t have the stuff for that” so we compromise and take something else (less expensive than what we paid for) for him to end it with “you can’t do this next time you come here” like bro it’s your fault. Do you think we enjoy driving 30 minutes to get what you told us we had?!? Work on your customer service please...

I ordered a Hawaiian pizza with extra pineapple on it because there is hardly any pineapple on the Hawaiian pizza. Not only did my pizza not have extra pineapple on it but it was also missing some ham. I talked to the owner and her solution was to give me $1.75 credit for extra pineapple and credit for 3 pieces of ham on my next Hawaiian pizza order. I thought this was a very chintzy way of helping her customers receive what they ordered. Why would I want to order another pizza from that Papa Murphys store when they can’t even make a decent pizza for my order this time. I will definitely not be going back to that store again and will also be telling all of my friends and family to never...
