Taco Bell — Restaurant in Payson

I don't usually like to write negative reviews because things happen and no one is perfect. But they were out of half of everything. NO: LETTUCE (there is a Bashas across parking lot🤔) GORDITAS CHEES-ITS GREEN SAUCE TOSTADA DORITOS TACO BAJA, DIET BAJA, DIET MT DEW, I'm pretty sure there was more this is what I can remember off the top of my head. And we've all been disappointed in Taco Bell for years as a burrito no longer looks like a burrito, looks like a flat taco with a tortilla that goes all the way around 🙄. Over the years the prices have gone up and the quantity and quality have gone down. I remember back in the day when there used to be a hot pot of beans on the stove and you could see several containers of beans soaking for the next batch. You know back when $5 would fill up two to three people! So are tacos came with meat and a pinch of cheese, like we couldn't throw in some tomatoes or something in place of lettuce. It's in the same parking lot as the bashes somebody couldn't take 10 bucks go get a couple heads of lettuce and chop it up. I mean the lettuce is the only thing that's healthy for you. I guess we took too long at the box mostly because everything that we asked we kept getting told "we don't have that either", so then another lady comes on very loud and obnoxious and forceful to make us finish our order! The cashier was extremely rude for no reason. I paid for my food and was just waiting for the order to come out. The cashier opened the window with an attitude and says "are you waiting for something?" I just said "my order??" And she pretty much slammed the window in my face. She opens the window to give me my food and said here you go, bye" with the worst attitude I have ever seen in my life. She slams the window again. I didn't get any sauce, she didn't ever ask or anything. I had to wave at her to get her attention. I ask for sauce, and she just gives me 2-- slams the window after giving it to me without saying anything. I waved at her again to ask for more because let's be honest 2 sauce packets is nothing. With an attitude she says the rules are 2 packets per item or something like that, but she does give me 2 more. I asked for her name and she says "Alicia, I will be sure to go to your job and complain about you too ( I was wearing my work uniform). I'm pretty sure her name isn't even Alicia because the receipt says Carol M. She was blonde had dreads I think? I have never had anyone been so rude to me for absolutely no reason. She was rude and was giving me dirty looks and gave me attitude during the whole exchange. Honestly makes me not want...

The guy running the register doesn’t even seem to realize you’re there to order food, but he makes up for it with his lack of personality. We asked him if he got the extra drink we ordered because it wasn’t showing on the screen. He says nothing, rings up another drink and gives us 3 cups. It’s just me and my husband. We tell him we only need 2 large drinks. He says nothing and takes one back. We were charged for 3 drinks. As we are getting our drinks filled, someone yells from behind the register for another employee that was taking her break to come back on because the lobby was full. From there, it just got worse. All the employees were talking loudly about why the manager was mad. The girl that was called to come back on from her break was saying it must be her fault. Next, the manager starts yelling at them to get their eyes on the order board. Although we found humor from the chaos, I feel sorry for anyone working under management that obviously has no respect for anyone. The lack of morale showed in the care that was used to make the food. Broken taco shells and huge squirts of sour cream in the middle and only in the middle of our food. What...
