Copa Cabana Steakhouse Inc. — Restaurant in Peabody

I ordered online, I paid the money, I received nothing. I called the restaurant. Someone said we canceled the app. I told him ok ,will you send the food, he said no, I said will you send the money back? he said yes and hung up without asking my order number or my name. I called again and someone answered and said no online order and I asked him will you refund the money , he said yes and shut the phone the . No money returned, no food, and I called the second day, and the one who answered and said I have no idea and he said call the boss , he gave me the number, after several attempts the Boss answered, I told him the story, he even didn’t apologies, he seems like he doesn’t care at all. And he said I will see . It looks like this person has no respect for anybody, I thought he has at least some respect for a client 😏.

Is this an appropriate behavior of good people or a professional?
