Isn’t it illegal to refuse to refund a customer whom you did not give the entire order to? and also refuse to refund; instead she wanted me to drive 1hour to get the item she didn't provide.I called 5 times and the 5 times they gave me the run around that i had to wait for the manager. I figured, no big deal, people make mistakes, hard times right now in the world. I'll just try this, I'm hungry. Then I discovered that half my order was missing. So obviously I didn't want to be charged for things I didn't receive. I will willing to look past the mistakes but not that. So I called to explain that I wanted a refund for items not received. They then told me they didn't speak English and hung up on me. I called back 3 times after that and still they kept saying no English. My order delivery time was esitimated between 6:05pm and 6:15pm, the restaurant called me at 626 to tell me that they did not have the steak (should have called before my food was already supposed to have been at my house), Which was replaced with pork chops. About 20 mins goes by and I call again to ask how long the food would take with the change to the order because I had forgotten to ask, the woman said she didn’t know for sure but the food should be out in five mins. The food was not out in five mins because I didn’t get the food until 8pm. Before the food got here I called again and the woman told me that the driver had already left, this restaurant is a 13min drive from my location so I’m not sure why it took two hours to get my food to me and it was cold when it got here.
