When I have worked here before hand with this establishment in 2019 October to the end of the month. Had the worst first job experience as I noted to them that I have a slow learning disability and minor Asperger. Hired to be a cook. First day was horrific as the manager that supervise the place was nice at first. The manager put me to work on the fryer, and there was me and a another person who cooks the food who mainly shown me how to do it in a good way. Very nice from the part of understanding it is my first time working and working in a fast food industry. The manager would point out things that are wrong at first, and it is completely understandable at that time cause I was my first part of the week. However as the end of the week as I work for them five days a week, six to eight hours each shift. The manager started to tell me this is wrong and if I was hiring you, I would not hire you because you are slow.
Note that I was still primarily on the fryer, and I was being taught everything in the kitchen at once in the early area of the week. I was able to get burgers right and ensured I did my job right. However the manager wanted me to more than the kitchen as in that time area for the month. They were looking for more employment to come, due to the amount of people working there being 2 to 4 people. The person who fully ran the place and area came to that point, and which he did not allow me to do all of the things I was able to do and was stuck either working on the fryer or sit on the side standing there doing nothing/told to leave early for the 2nd week. The 2nd week was the worst time of the month as I been told to leave more than work and keep doing what I can. The one time of the week when my manager who worked there was not working on that day was more calming and I was able to learn from my co-workers and other person that helps the manager supervise. This other person who helps her hired me quickly to the job as I wrote the application, talked to her. After that was able to get the job on the next day before starting my shift.
So I was able to learn more out of the days when both the people who primarily ran the place was not there. After the 2nd week was over, and I was the only one who mainly cleaned up the whole floor all the time for the whole time I worked with them. the manager who ran the area for DQ did not want me since he met me from the beginning, and kept talking to the manager about it. I was let go, fired from the job.
To keep positive reviews a thing, I enjoyed the co-workers I had. Learned primary of how a job works, and see how life is horrible to this day. However thanks to that workplace, found my way of getting into life as I mainly went in there to learn from them and get a good work experience...
Read moreI have been there 5 times and have yet to have a good experience. Today was the worst and I won't go there again. I would recommend you go to other DQs. I asked for a Cookies and Cream shake like I get at other DQs and was told they couldn't add anything to their shakes. I got a Bizzard instead. I waited 10 minutes for the person ahead of me in the drive thru to be served. They should have done what most places do and have that person park and wait for their food to be brought out instead of holding everyone else up. At the window, I noticed their Health Dept Inspection Rating was not posted. I asked the woman what their score was. She played dumb and said she didn't know what I was talking about and said she was just an employee. I briefly explained what the score was and she said she had no idea what that was. So I thoroughly explained it again and she exclaimed, "oh yeah! I don't know what the score is. I'm just an employee." When I asked to speak to the manager, she said there wasn't one working. When she handed me the blizzard. It was melted and spilling over the sides which spilled in my cup holder.
Overall a very poor...

I was to pick up the cake a day ahead of his birthday just to be sure I had it in my hand for his birthday. My son does not ask for a lot, however he wanted a cookie ice cream cake. I thought I had picked the right place to honor their confirmation, BOY WAS I WRONG. When I got there on his birthday, they had no knowledge of my order until I showed her on my phone the confirmation email. The owners wife proceeded to fuss about the miscommunication with her husband over the phone in front of me. She could have taken that conversation to the back, when she did find the order she proceed to tell me that her husband FORGOT to order the cake, meaning I'm screwed...however, I have a chocolate cake in the back that I can get ready for you and sell it to you for 1/2 off. WHAT THE HELL TO DO WANT WITH A CHOCOLATE CAKE! If I had wanted a chocolate cake I would have ordered it from the beginning. Now I had to go to plan B and go to Publix and get a...
