This chick fill a is going down hill. Itās not as good as it used to be, and customer service is not getting better. Today my Mother went to this chick fill a to get lunch while I was at work. My mother has been having cardiovascular issues recently, as-well as having a bad knee and a foot with plates and screws in it causing her pain daily. Today she fell in the chick fill a as some lady was mopping during lunch hour, when supposedly was at its busiest. When she fell, she hit the left side of her body almost hitting my mothers head. When she fell, all the workers did was scream and give her three chairs to get up, from what I heard no one lended my mom a hand. Tell me why giving my mom three chairs, when she has a bad knee is going to help her get up. She was literally stuck on the floor and no employee was helping her. This was right before her doctors appointment to. This is completely unacceptable. I always go places with her to make sure no one treats her wrong, and help her incase if things go wrong. She called chick fill a twice about it and all they said was āSorry about that, We need you to call in the morningā when the lady we talked to said she was the manager but cut my mom off talking to ask another manager about the situation. Not only that I heard they start mopping floors early to get home earlier when they are supposed to be mopping at 9:30 at night not at 2 pm. I am in disbelief. My moms left side is literally bruising. If she continues to get worse then we will sue. Speaking of which all the employees cared to ask was what my Moms phone # was and her name in cause we sue them so they know they are in the wrong⦠I am so upset and no one is helping the situation. However, among this CFA, I have a few things that detracted from my Chick-fil-A experience. As a customer, I noticed that despite the line wrapped around the belt fence, there was only two registers open. Also, they were some employees standing around, maybe cleaning trays or not seeming to be involved in a particularly pressing task. I think that they should prioritize serving customers over cleaning. Cleaning or restocking I think should be postponed until there is not a customer waiting in line. Although, this Chick-fil-A seems to be incessantly busy, so there is that. I also would say that the customer service inst quite up to par with the other stores. My waitress brought our food in a rather robotic matter, without looking at me or offering a smile. Also I've noticed that at most Cfa's the workers will occasionally walk around, taking trays or offering to "refresh your beverage". At this particular cfa though, I've rarely experienced that type of service. Finally, as a regular Chick-fil-A customer, I've gone through many a drive-thru. But this one seems to be unusually slow. No doubt, they serve hundreds of cars a day, and the line is continually wrapped around the building, but it progresses at a crawl. I suspect it is the window's speed that needs to increase, because the tablet-bearing ladies are always upon your car...

I cannot emphasize enough just how utterly DISGUSTING it is to go to a place to spend MY MONEY and be treated TERRIBLY just because I LOOK DIFFERENT. Not just 2 cars ago, you were smiling and being kind. But then you get to me and there is a PROBLEM.
The thing about RACISTS is their usual lack of self-control. It is EXTREMELY difficult to separate service from hatred. Because HOW can anyone expect them to service people they don't believe should even have the right to expect that from them?! How dare we?! So instead they believe that being RACIST gives them some sort of power. By being an appalling inhumane being they can wield the false power, attempting to assert misaligned automony. The powerless seeking power on someone else's CLOCK is wildddddd!
Please choose better people. The power of dollar and cents should make PERFECT SENSE. I run a group of thousands of people-- we makeracistsfamous.
All that to say, the service was terrible. Especially the tall, blonde, unique haircut and the pregnant blonde at the drive-thru window and the very round order taker on lane 2. All of them...
