While I wish the business well, we didn't feel these cookies where that good and won't be returning. They look pretty and have a cute box BUT if you cut them (1/2) you could see that they wern't entirely done especially the one with the icing (edges cooked, raw under icing). Therefore they somewhat crumble because they aren't entirely cooked (?). Beyond this the large gathering of young people working (very hard!) to make the dough and new batches doesn't - on appearance- have the most sanitary friendly vibe. Having said this i'm sure it will do well for with young people and who ever wants a suger fix and is not a baker themselves (we have southern taste buds, openly sharing our potential for bias in this feedback and why we will be in the minority). Bottom line, we were hoping it would be better or as good as Great American or Insomina Cookies (!) in quality/taste but it isn't - however they are certainly cute!...

They had at least 20+ workers in the store, only about 2 who seemed to help people who had questions about their order. Multiple staff members were not following sanitary practices - touching face/hair with gloves, etc. Cookies were decent and worth the try, but we will not return to...
