Ordered food through door dash. Order was quick but wrong! The kitchen. Blamed door dash but when I explained how the food was wrong they insisted it was right. We got chow mein made with rice - it’s supposed to be noodles, and the Hunan chicken did not look anything like the picture on their own website, it was made with a black bean sauce. They insisted vegetable chow mein is vegetables with steamed white rice. I am well traveled and know that the words chow mein mean 'stir-fried noodles', also loosly translating to "fried noodle" in English, chow meaning 'stir-fried' and mein meaning 'noodles'. Hunan chicken would typically be glazed and come in a thick Chilli pepper sauce but what I got was tasteless bare strips of chicken in what looked like a watery black bean sauce (I use the word sauce loosely). I ordered on line...Chicken Chow Mein, steamed rice and fried Chinese noodles along with my husband’s order. He goes to pick it up, she says we ordered wrong, chow mein has no noodles, lo mein has noodles so instead of calling to find out what I wanted, they give me lo mein. BTW, lo mein is $1 cheaper but they didn’t changed what they charged us. I don’t like lo mein, and what I wanted was the crunchy fried noodles. I am not upset about the dollar, I am upset about not getting what I wanted and didn't eat very much of what they sent. It was okay, will not be returning because they had a phone number and didn’t try to find out for sure...

Order was incorrect and the girl that works the front and answers the phone argued with me for a good 5 mins without offering a solution. My moms cashew chicken came breaded and without cashews and without sauce. The lady argued with me that this is how it is there. My mom orders this all the time and what we received is not what she usually gets. This business will not get anymore money from me. The lady was rude and never offered to correct the order. Definitely don’t recommend because of the lack of customer service. The food doesn’t even look that good. It looks like...
