Coffee is delicious. The customer service is not so great. My friend paid extra to add milk to her doppio iced espresso and was given a drink with little to no milk. She asked for more and the girl rudely said "it's a doppio". If you're charging extra to add milk we will gladly pay the extra cost but we want an actual splash of milk not a tablespoon. The baristas comment was unnecessary. On the other hand I got a hazelnut iced latte and it was delicious. Will try this place one more time because of their coffee but if they're being rude again I won't come back.

The menu outlines a doppio as "doppio (double)- 2oz. I know that a doppio is hot espresso. That's a given. However, at many other coffee shops customers have the choice of making a doppio a hot or cold drink. Hence paying more to add milk and making it a cold drink with ice. We have been here twice, the first time the lady asked my friend "how much milk would you like?". The barista added the amount that she wanted. The second time is when we got the unnecessary comment. If a customer is asking for a customized drink and paid extra to make it to their liking then there shouldn't be a problem. If this is a problem, and doppios aren't made as cold drinks at Foxtail then that should be advertised clearly for customers to see. Also the cashier should be informing the customer of this standard before taking...
Read moreI was stoked to see Foxtail opening up. My initial reaction to the exterior was modern. I spent a few years in Washington state and I felt that vibe after I walked in. I was greeted pleasantly by the staff. Although, several days had passed since their opening it was not as busy as thought it might be on a Tuesday Christmas weekday at 12 p.m. The coffee fragrance was wonderful. The menu has a variety of items including all kinds of flavors seasonal and constant. The prices are reasonable unless you are like me and want a Pumpkin Spice Latte Large w/almond milk 😃. They offer a nice selection of snacks (pumpkin breads/pastries etc.) My total was $7.38 I believe. Which is a bit steep for me, but I’ll pay for a delicious product made right. It took less than 3 minutes to order and receive my seasonal latte. The taste of the spice is powerful in my opinion, but it tastes great. I am more of a white chocolate girl and do not typically order a pumpkin spice latte. I highly recommend giving this place a try. I will come back and try something else that’s more on my spectrum. Thank you Foxtail...
Read moreUpdate 10/12/2023: We visited here with toddler today again at 5:30PM Thursday. The reception worked on 10/12 afternoon was the worst. They sold the pumpkin muffin which is freezing cold without noticing us ahead. Then when I ask if they can heat it up, she simply said she couldn’t since cooling down the oven will take 1 hr and she don’t want to do it at that moment. And she murmured that even she won’t eat this kind of pumpkin muffin anyway… can’t believe it’s the words coming out from the employee who just sold us the muffin. Before we heading out, we told her it will be better if we could have a heads up instead of getting a freezing muffin on the scene, she simply lies that they won’t heat it up any time, which is totally not true, since we have come here frequently, every time before this, we can have it heated up. Owner of this Foxtail should really watch out for their employees training. Their coffee is still good. But given the service like this today, I won’t come again...
