I ordered a smoothie online from the Newnan-Sharpsburg Store #19110 at 1800 hours on 8/11/2023. My wife picked it up for me on her way home. When she brought it home, I tasted it, and it did not have the mix-ins that I had ordered (peanut butter, whey protein, and leafy greens). I brought it back to the store (at 1815) to inform the staff that it was missing the ingredients that I had paid for and the woman (who refused to identify herself, but claimed to be the manager) accused me of drinking half the smoothie and then trying to get another one for free. I explained to her that I had only taken 2 sips and could taste that it was missing the peanut butter and the protein. She continued to question why I was trying to bring a half drunk smoothie back into the store. I explained that I wanted the drink that I paid for and that the drink I had received was missing items I had paid for. First, when we walked in no one was even in the front for a good two minutes. Then the lady in the photo comes out of the back and she is talking but I can’t understand what she’s saying. Then, I figured out she was actually talking on the phone with her headphones. She went in and out of the back room multiple times without acknowledging me and I finally had to tell her that I was ready to order. Then she looked at me like I was inconveniencing her. I was appalled at how the girls treated the family (who I assume are regulars) before us compared to how they treated my boyfriend and I. They were being friendly to the people before us, but we didn’t even get any type of greeting and there was no customer service to speak of.
