I tried to order on app, it said to call in to order. So I called constantly every minute over 20 minutes, no one answered. So I stopped in to order in the store. Three employees standing around goofing off, only one customer in the store. Has I was waiting for my sandwich, I decided to call the store to find out why no one answered earlier or even answer while I was in the store .The fricken ringer was off!!! Read moreA large order was placed for the staff at the hospital. When the order arrived there was an entire sandwich missing from the order. When I called I was told “yeah we have a new employee and they forgot to put the order in the bag.” I was also told that my options were that I could pick up the order or get a free sub the next time. We are working a 12 hour shift at the hospital and cannot leave which is why we order delivery weekly from this location. No way to fix the problem as they simply WILL NOT answer the phone. Ever. Also inquiries over the app have gone unanswered as well.
