Dunkin' — Restaurant in Peachtree Corners

I am extremely disappointed with my recent visit to this Dunkin’ Donuts location. I frequent this establishment daily, and I’ve never had an issue with the crew before 4 p.m.—they’re always quite pleasant. That’s why I was shocked to experience the behavior I encountered on the afternoon of the 27th.

A Caucasian woman in a red hat, (hair down around open food and drink.) who appeared to be a staff member, was incredibly rude—not only to me but also to a member of my party. She even went so far as to call them “rude” simply for clarifying an order.

To make matters worse, nearly every order and drink we received was incorrect. This level of carelessness, combined with the unprofessional attitude, is shocking for a business that relies on hospitality and good service. It’s disheartening to see employees who clearly have no regard for providing a positive customer experience.

This is one of the nicer Dunkin’s I’ve been to. The sandwich was awesome! Love my Boston Cream doughnuts, and DD has the best. The staff here is very friendly and nice. I don’t drink coffee and I could appreciate that the gentleman working the window wanted to double check.

The app was super easy to use. I downloaded and used while I was in the drive through line.

The only knock I have is the five hash browns that were lukewarm at best for $1.49. Cmon DD do better even if it’s just optics. Don’t give me that big bag and only put five in there. Everything else was on point and 10/10 the hash browns were a -4/10. Lukewarm, reheated multiple times and way too few for the size bag and price. I was craving a strawberry iced donut. When I pulled up to the drive thru, I requested two with a carmel latte. I was told that they did not have any strawberry iced donuts. I was truly disappointed and said, "you're kidding?! I came here specifically for those donuts." The Mgr came over the intercom and said," Drive up and I will have those for you." When I pulled up, the Mgr had prepared two perfectly iced donuts that were soft and warm. I couldn't believe how happy I was about donuts.
