I visited your drive-thru tonight and had a deeply disappointing and unacceptable experience. I provided my code from the McDonald’s app to place a mobile order, starting with a Happy Meal. The employee at the speaker informed me she was having some issues and asked me to wait for about five minutes. When she returned, she asked for the code again. I let her know it wouldn’t come up because the app was making me wait 10 minutes before it could be reused. She said she would check with her manager, then returned saying he told her to have me refresh the app. I did, and it still required me to wait, so I let her know.
She then asked if I wanted to wait, and I said, “Not really—there’s nothing else you can do?” She said she’d check again with her manager.
A few minutes later, a man named Antonio walked out to my car and very aggressively said, “So you not gon’ move?” I was confused and asked what he meant, especially since no one had asked me to move at any point. I explained that I hadn’t placed my order yet. He said, “You had the mobile order, right?” I said yes, and he snapped, “You need to move,” and then added, “You see all these people behind you? You need to go before I call the police.”
At this point, I was stunned. I had my three kids in the car and was simply trying to get food from a place I’ve supported for years. I was never disrespectful and made it clear I was just trying to complete my order. I don’t know where you found this employee, but his behavior was not only unprofessional, it was threatening and completely out of line.
I have already reached out to my cousin, who is a Director of Operations for multiple McDonald’s franchises, and I will also be speaking with legal counsel regarding this incident, which was recorded. I will never return to this location, and I will absolutely be warning others in my community about this experience. No customer should ever be treated like this—especially in front of...
Read moreI don’t eat this trash often but when it’s 2am and I’m starving, it happens. I was prepared for this, already having a 27% rating. I drove 20 mins out of the way to this 24hr location to sit at the speaker for about 5 mins, pulled around to the window where this lady just looked at me and continued to clean for about 3-5 mins. Finally she opened the window and looked shocked that I was there. I asked if I could order, told me to hold on, came back and said their system was down. (Unfortunately for her, when I was a teenager I worked fast food for a brief stint and understand that certain sounds on different equipment mean they’re up and running just fine. And I could pay via the app too) They just didn’t want to make food. As I sit and watch the line build up, I’ve counted 8 missed customers, all the while your employees are sitting up front hanging out. Whoever’s working this shift- is costing you your franchise and refusing service. I imagine most nights. You’re paying ppl to hang out and somewhat clean/stock. Now you’ve probably lost about 8-9 customers for life at this location. 9cust x 30days=270 missed orders. Lol. Hot Garbage.
Edit- they don’t want to work. I’m sitting in the parking lot and just got my food from here via having to order from door dash. So the people inside don’t know how to refuse DD therefore they are forced to work. But still refusing...
Read moreIs this location serious? How are they open?! I go to McDonald's all the time and NEVER complain, but this mcdonalds I went to last night was ridiculous. I had 2 separate orders and she brought them both 10 min apart which caused the 1st order to be cold. Both orders were the same so I don't understand why everything wasn't made at the same time and just bagged separate. Not to mention she charged me for something I didn't ask for on one of the orders, she had an attitude, as well as forgetting items. I was there for 30-40 minutes for cheeseburgers! 3 cars got out of line behind me and one of the cars had already paid! Then she refused to come back to the window after I sat for another 10 min to tell her there were things missing. I went back around the line to the speaker to try to get her attention... NOTHING. I went back around to the window (there were no cars at McDonald's at this point except me). I tried blowing the horn... nothing. She refused to come to the window becauss she had on a headset & I COULD SEE HER which made it worse & once I seen she was doing it on purpose I went on & left!!!! After waiting on the 2nd order for so long... IT CAME OUT COLD! Other reviews are right... they're horrible. This is unacceptable! Don't choose a customer service job with those hours if you're going to have an attitude with everyone just because you don't want...
