
I purchased 4 Pineapple wave bundles last month from the Atlanta boutique. Let me start off by saying that their staff is amazing. They are very respectful and polite. They also patiently help you find whatever youāre looking for. They give recommendations on what they think will fit you and they are just amazing people. The hair is 1000% worth every penny, and it was very affordable for the lengths and quantity of bundles and a frontal I purchased. I didnāt pay over $400 for 4 long lengths and a frontal. And I am currently online now ordering my daughter 4 bundles and a frontal. I will never spend money with any other company from now on. I am in love with this hair and receive compliments everywhere I go. And I refer them to this company because every girl deserves the best hair!! Itās a pleasure to do business with you and I look forward to making many more purchases to try out all the other textures. I would give 10 stars if possible. This isnāt a paid review. This is 1000% real. Iām not even from Atlanta. I am from Louisiana and I traveled through there and stopped to check out the hype and I am not disappointed. I will definitely be back.
My only issue is that my frontal has ripped bad and canāt be repaired and itās only been in for maybe 3 weeks. I just installed the hair. And I am definitely not happy about that issue. I donāt know if they replace anything thatās damaged earlier than it should but I hope so. I will definitely call about it tomorrow because it should not have ripped this early in the game just from me parting it and laying baby hairs. Other than that I am satisfied with hair quality I purchased so far. Letās hope that it actually stays this quality. I donāt plan to put heat to it because I love the pineapple waves. I apply only what I was told to apply to the hair and itās been working so far so good. But Iām extremely upset about my frontal ripping so soon without being handled roughly at all. The quality of lace isnāt the best Iām guessing. So that needs to be fixed ASAP.

I spoke to the sales associate via FaceTime and told her what I needed. She showed me the different wigs available. I told her I wanted a 26in and she told me she had a 30,24,22 and 18 in wig. I asked her if the wig could be straighten because it was pineapple she told me she told me yes she only had a 24in. After receiving the wig there was no way this curl pattern needed to have heat on it. When I took the wig out the pack to look at it, I knew the wig had been pulled out the bag and played with. The curls were not intact and it looked a mess. I was furious like why would you sell this to me? Are yāall looking to make sales that bad? I was planning to buy even if that color wasnāt available. My brother was only the transporter. He brought it straight to me immediately. I went in yesterday which is now the next day after the evening it was purchased and because I didnāt the net on the wig and I left the packaging at home no one wanted to help me. I told the sale I did not mind upgrading the wig but what they sold me was not acceptable and I could not use it. The lady at the counter told me that the associate who sold me the wig was not working and until she could verify she sold me this wig like this there was nothing they could do. I think that is poor service considering there are cameras and a computer system that shows what is sold and not sold. It was less than 24 hrs. It clearly came from this establishment. I was still looking to buy something else. I have now read the reviews and it seems like this happens often. As a business owner my self this is bad business. I was told I needed to come back when the sales associates who sold it to me worked which was the next day during my scheduled appointment time! That I had to cancel !
