It is apparent this Papa John's store #129 has an issue based on my experience as well as others. We ordered 2XL 2 topping pizzas and cheesy bread sticks. The two pizzas had hardly any toppings (more like a bread pie with essence of pizza)..... one had too much red sauce in the edges the other had not enough. One pizza had cheese on part but missing cheese in other parts. The good news is the cheese sticks were good (hard to mess up) but they forgot to give be my dipping sauce. When I called I was on hold forever and actually had stepped into a convienance store and the manager answered the call..... she was very nice and apologetic and have us a credit on my account..... but I don't usually call in.....I use mobile app... she said the credit won't work unless I remember to call in. In this day and age (web connected) why is the credit a problem with app. Well it just so happened someone at the convienance store over heard my concerns I voiced with the manager and asked if it was Papa Johns and come to find out this same store did the same thing to him a few weeks ago! Store #129 what are you doing to remedy this issue? I won't use a credit for poor quality or missing items. I hope someone with Papa John's Pizza reads this and takes action to save the name...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI would give zero stars if I could. 3 months ago I ordered several pizzas for delivery for our office and it took over an hour and a half for the pizza to arrive. I did receive a couple of telephone calls letting me know that they were very short staffed and they apologized for the delay. No problem at all. Once the pizza finally arrived, I received a call from a Papa John's manager who told me that next time we ordered pizza to give them the same phone number we ordered with and we would receive a 50% discount on that order due to the time it took for delivery. Great! Who doesn't love a good pizza discount?! But today, I called in to redeem this discount and after being put on hold 3 different times by a very rude employee I was told there was no notes on the account and he would not honor the discount because I may or may not have actually experienced this. I am extremely disappointed in this level of customer service and will never order from this...

I return after realizing the order was incorrect (thankfully before I bit into the food that had an ingredient I Am unable to consume safely) - it was the indifferent dismissive attitude when I informed them they made the order incorrectly - they looked at me like I did something wrong.
I told him how it was incorrect. He looks, purses his lips, nods, and utters "3-5 business days" - taps away on the register, then turns and walks away. No apology for making the order incorrectly, no handing me the receipt for the transaction, horrible lack of professionalism, couth, and courtesy...
Not that it matters, but the store was empty, I wasn't hostile or rude. Sad times we live in.
Needless to say, I will never shop at this...
