Recently opened in town, had to give it a try for some delicious mediterranean food. The atmosphere is inviting with warm and cheerful staff. I was glad they had vegan options in their menu. Had to try the falafel pita wrap with gyro salad on the side, also ordered oyster mushrooms in gyro salad 🥗.. Portion sizes were generous and the presentation was beautiful. Our server asked us if everything is fine and how we liked the food. It was seriously delicious, fresh ingredients used for the salad and wrap. However, I found the falafels a bit salty and I informed the staff about it and they acknowledged it smilingly. And thanked us for the feedback to do better. Let me tell you, If you are craving authentic and fresh mediterranean food, this place is a must-try! What truly elevated the experience was the service. Our server was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu. They were happy to answer our questions and offer...
Read moreWanted to like this place really badly. Friendly staff, clean & pleasant atmosphere.
BUT…
When chicken is so dry it literally produces dust when you pinch it, should probably not be served. Train your staff better. To send out chicken so dry is either desperation idiocy. The falafel too was awful. Oversized, zero crunch & just plain bad. The color was off, they were spongy & dare to say from a mix.
-Was refused a refund when called to bring to their attention.
Zoom in my photo, gross…
This is FRANCHISE GARBAGE!
Go to Al Zein instead, MUCH better!!!
**3/9 whoever responded, please don’t insult my intelligence. I am reviewing your location by Trader Joe’s. Your Falafel was undercooked & your chicken was more dry than Africa. —Not first complaint either—

Read moreMy experience was all I could ask for, plus more. Right off the bat I was treated by the Manager and employees, who also guided me through the menu and made some recommendations based on my diet. They have accommodations for vegetarian and vegan seekers as well! My first visit I had the Pita Board, which both tasted delicious and was aesthetically pleasing to the eye. After my initial visit, I came back 3 more times within the same week! I’ve had the Baba Ganosh, Hummus, and the Greek Salad of course - all of which I highly recommend. The Chicken platter was seasoned so well and extremely juicy! Not to mention, the servings are huge and definitely make up for any concerns regarding pricing - which I thought was fair especially given some of the Mediterranean competitors. Highly recommend, and I’m proud to be a regular customer...
