Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Peachtree Corners

Is there an option to give zero stars?! After waiting in the drive through for 23 minutes, I attempted to get my money back. I went inside because no one would come to the window & their phone number was disconnected, so many red flags already.

Once inside, I could see the place was a disaster- food all over the floor, no one at the counter, and 2 poor girls packing up the orders. The customer at the counter said he had been waiting over an hour. I announced to anyone listening that I was just asking for my money back.

One of the girls asked if I had a receipt, but the cashier never gave me one. They called to their manager, "This girl out here wants a refund." After waiting eleven minutes of being completely ignored, I said "I just want my money back. You have 5 minutes, or I'm calling the police".

Finally a man, who I am assuming was a manager, came out to wash his hands, still not acknowledging me, so I said "I need a refund, but she didn't give me a receipt-" to which the rude cashier interjects, "Hurry up and give her a refund so we can get this lady out of here!"

I ignored the insult, as I did in fact want to hurry up & get out of there. He went to the register & threw his hands up, letting the girls know that he was unsure of how to begin the return process, to which the rude cashier assisted him.

This location is employed with rude people who clearly don't know how to run the kitchen or interact decently to the customers.

I feel sorry for anyone with the patience to try this location or wants to give them the benefit of the doubt. I never raised my voice & was extremely patient, & they had the audacity to treat me in a rude & dismissive manner.

Honestly I'm shocked that they haven't closed yet, or maybe the disconnected phone number is the first step in the process of going out of business.Total time of this "fast food" experience was 36 minutes, & I left after being insulted &...

This is the absolute WORST Popeyes location in the state of GA, maybe even the world. I have NOT ONCE ever gotten anything satisfactory from this store, nor anyone I know personally that has been there to visit. Tues 6/2/19 is the reason for the review. I ordered a Spicy 3 Whole Wing W/Fries and an extra biscuit. Strawberry Fanta. Also a popcorn shrimp. The young lady at the window ASK ME would I like any condiments? Yes, I say “Cocktail Sauce”. She then tells me to pull up because my shrimp are gonna take 3 minutes. Ok cool. About 12 minutes later she swaddles out with my food and drink. I thank her. I go inside my bag. There’s no cocktail sauce. The 3 spicy wings had to have been from lunch earlier, as this was around 7:45pm. They where dry, flavorless, and furthermore made me wanna go inside the store and ask every body frying something back there; who do they think they are messing with. But I did not.* Instead I reached for the French Fries which had died around NOON also because they where soggy, dislocated, cold & NO! I eat a popcorn shrimp with out my dag gum cocktail sauce. It just tasted like chicken. The biscuit sent me overboard as it was the texture of a flip flop with absolutely not a drop of butter, oil or anything from Louisiana. Also undercooked and just totally misunderstood. I walk away from this experience still hungry because I couldn’t even eat anything else but the Shrimpken. Whoever runs and owns this location, you’re wasting these young people’s lives by allowing them to think it is ok to serve such ABSOLUTE trash. Please be better over...

I've been duped! Never again....again. As a fast food connoisseur, I rank Popeyes very high for flavor amongst the "get it and go" fast food chicken coops. However, this particular franchise has disappointed every time I've patronized this particular establishment. The food is consistent with my expectations of Popeyes' reputation but the customer service is HORRIBLE with a capital HORROR. Since I live in this immediate area, I tried to rationalize that the last 5 times I visited this eatery was a fluke and not the norm. Unfortunately, I have to acknowledge that good service in this particular establishment is a fluke and poor service is the norm. I have stood in line behind 3 people and after 25 minutes, I exited the building because I hadn't had the opportunity to place my order yet. Last night, there were 4 individuals ahead of me. Every one of the 4 returned after they received their orders because they did not receive what they paid for. As well, when I checked my order, an entire meal was missing. When I pointed this out to the cashier, he stated that they had run out of that item. Still he took payment for the meal and just neglected to give me any product for my money. Though incompetent, they were very polite. In all of my other experiences at this particular establishment, the attendees were both rude and incompetent. I say with complete honesty, I have never received what I ordered at this establishment and have always received poor service at this establishment.
