The place is very clean and presentable. The only thing that piss me off was the guy who works there.“The service at this Subway was absolutely terrible. The staff seemed completely uninterested in their jobs and acted like customers were an inconvenience. When I asked a simple question about the menu, the employee rolled their eyes and gave me a rude, dismissive answer. The sandwich was sloppily made, they never seem to have veggie patties and when I asked the person who works there gave me a rude answer like I’m a dog. The staff also don’t seem to speak or understand English. On top of that, they took forever to complete my order even though the place wasn’t busy. Basically did an upcharge on my order by labeling it something of greater cost. By the time I noticed the higher price I was heading for the door. I brought it back for correction but management claimed that Subway doesn't do refunds. Nothing on their receipts or post outside/inside the store to inform the customers of this hidden policy practice. These to me that this store's policy is to get your money after a little price magic and hit with their specific only to them refund policy. Look out if this owner ever becomes a car salesman😅. Took me twice to realize I won’t be giving them my service again. First time, my online order was having trouble getting through. The manager was unhelpful, wouldn’t inform me whether or not the order was showing up on his end, and didn’t seem to care, even as I sat there for about 15 minutes. Second time, as soon as I walk in with my coupon, same guy grumbles “no coupons”. (Btw, if the store doesn’t accept paper coupons, you can bypass this by using the coupon in the app.) I left and went to the one by Kroger and was met with much better service even from just doing a pickup order.
