I went the Sonic at 11309 Shadowcreek Parkway Monday Night, August 5. 2019. I ordered a #10 chicken meal that cost 6.99, n after getting home only to find a # 2 for 7.89. Mine you I dont eat beef and havent eaten it gor more than 25 yrs. The Mgr. Noah was rude. I drove back to get him to get the order correct. Mind you I had to go back, so now my fries are cold n the only the the Mgr offered was to prepare the sandwich. I asked for a do over n after having to drive back n the mgr said no. I asked for total refund the mgr said no, because the 6.99 chicken sandwich cost more than the 7.89 beef n wuickly he stated that he didnt have time to argue n walked away with my receipt n threw it in the garbage. I followed him b asked for my receipt. I was on the phone with my son that heard the entire communication. The mgr got offended when I called his attention that the chicken meal was less in cost than the burger. He then attempted to scare me by saying he, the mgr Noah would call the police on me as he took a picture of my lic. Plate. I took a picture of him. I am offended that another young white young man with white privilege using the police because a 58 yr old African American shares his error in n with respect. I was violated n distespected as a human being. I stated to him you can call the police n I will inform him of the conversation n my son is on the phone as a witness, because as he states I was harrassing him, wow. It is a funny thing when he could handel the stress if the job, the customer is harrassing. This is the reason that this sonic has a 3.1 rating. I asked for the district mgr name n Noah gives a smart answer, I "never meet the man. I asked the store mgr. This was a racist move. This was an uneducated action. I will be calling the mgr n the district mgr for a full refund on Tuesday morning. I will not return to this sonic if the mgr Noah is there, sad. Read moreI wish they had negative stars so I could give them a NEGATIVE 5 stars!!!!!!!! The most inconsistent food and service that a franchise could possibly have!!!!!! They are the closest franchise to my house and I will now drive an extra 3 miles to visit the other two locations that deliver consistent food and service, no matter what time of day of my visit. I go to Sonic for the Sonic blast mostly. I can tell you that 4 out of the 10 visits they are out of ice cream or cleaning the machine during the busiest times of the day? I have had them tell me that the machine is being cleaned an hour before closing because the lazy staff obviously wants to get out as soon as they close, and not stay late to clean the machine after business hours! There have been times after waiting 25 minutes for two ice creams to get home and notice that they are basically vanilla ice cream with nothing mixed in to the ice cream?WTH? I don't know if that is just laziness, stupidity or just being cheap and skimping on the toppings. Every other location, this has never happened, not once. Always plenty of toppings mixed in to the ice cream with plenty of whipped cream on top. Just like the picture. Unlike this franchise where you can possibly get no whip cream topping? I have never gone online to give any rating, but I feel like people would like to know a little bit about this location. Read moreThe customer service is very unprofessional. This is from TWO specific visits. After many chances of forgiveness. Purchased onion rings, they were cold and burnt, actually charred). I returned with them, and asked for a refund. Manager told me they do not give refunds, and do not have any more but could offered me a substitute or come back in the morning for some more. I’m stunned because there was not an apology offered and the fact you thought that I would wanted onion rings for breakfast. Only because I pointed this out she said “Well I’ll write your name down and come back when you can”. Fast forward a week later. I placed my order, was cut off during my order, pressed the order button again to ask for my credit per the manager’s request from previous visit. The same manager appears at my vehicle and basically try to deny ever speaking to me and stated we don’t write customer’s names down, we give a group text code for credits. After I gave a very detailed account of our interaction, she suddenly remembered our conversation then she left in a huff and again no apology. After almost 9 minutes of waiting with no communication, I left.
