I am a loyal customer. I've been with your company for more than 20 years. 5 months ago I visited one of your stores 11037 FM 2234 ste 101 here in Pearland TX. I was led to believe that I was purchasing the newest version of the cricket phone. I had been having trouble with connecting with the network so I came back to the store where I purchased my phone. After conveying the trouble if been having with the service . I was informed that the previous owner of this store was no longer here because they were selling old phones as new and that I would keep having those problems because my phone is a 2023 version. He also stated that I would have to purchase a new phone if I didn't want to have those problems again. I don't think it's fair that I have to pay for a new phone because of something someone cricket did business with was found to be doing. I feel like I was scammed and now I have to pay for something your store owner did . I would like to be credited the full amount of what I paid for this phone so that I can get what I thought I was getting 5 months ago and not be made to pay twice...

When I got to the counter it rang up for $39.99. I showed him the pricing. He was not able to change the price in the computer. I called Customer Service. Cricket pretty much told me that if I did not want to pay the listed price in the computer, regardless of what it was hand marked, and marked on the peg as, then I could find another retailer. That was fine. Another gentleman walked in after me and needed to pay his bill. After a short wait, the Cricket employee decided to wait on the man that needed to pay his bill and look at accessories before me. That was unprofessional and rude. I left the store.
