**UPDATE! 1/31/23 Thought I would give this location another chance and they failed again! First, they went up on their prices but give you so little food. Its such a waste of money. The so called “Bigger Plate” is a rip off. They put such small portions in the already small container then have the nerve to say the rest is in the super TINY red box. Why not make a bigger to go container to accommodate the whole order since you offer different sized meals? Well…so they can give you less food for a higher price, thats why. Nice people in the drive-thru this time but I will never waste my money with Panda Express again. Posted a picture of the “Bigger Plate” portions and my hand. Im a petite woman with small hands for reference. The people that work the drive through make ordering the most simple things a total headache!! I truly hate coming to this location. The girls taking the orders seem to NEVER understand what your are asking for and it’s so frustrating. It’s either that, or they wait until to you order to tell you what they DONT have! Then the food is dried out or overcooked. AVOID THIS LOCATION and go to the on on 288 near Sam’s Club! Their reviews are absolutely a reflection of this location.

The disrespect to customers that are waiting inside of the lobby to be served is super disrespectful. I was standing there waiting to make my order. I seen him getting very low on items, and I was standing there waiting and waiting until they ran out of everything right before my eyes and after waiting 15 minutes, they told me to wait for other fresh food would take about seven minutes Because they were gonna close the inside of the lobby, which was Very unscrupulous because I was already inside of the restaurant, waiting to be served so after spending a little over $13, you guessed it the food was not fresh at all and a waste of my money. It’s understandable that you’re about to get ready to close the lobby. What’s your drive-through is about to close? It’s very unacceptable to not continue putting out fresh food as long as the restaurant is open thank you panda express for the way I was treated as a valued customer.

This location is normally a hit or miss. The last few times I came, it was okay. But today was a good day! I was able to get in and out. Went around 8 pm and was able to go straight to the ordering menu. There wasn't a wait at all. The portion size, taste, and temperature of the food were on point. The reason for my review is that the customer service was wonderful. Ms. Sovatta was so nice. Her bright and beautiful spirit was just a good way to end my day. She greeted me and asked if I needed to add any additional items to my order. Asked if I wanted any condiments and thanked me for being a valued customer. Just the little bit that she did in a short period of time was a great way to end my night from a hard day at work. For Ms. Sovatta positive attitude alone is one of the main reasons I will come back to this location. Job well done. We need more people like her.

This location is normally a hit or miss. The last few times I came, it was okay. But today was a good day! I was able to get in and out. Just so you guys know, the listing says they close at 9:00 PM but their front doors close at 8:00 PM, I think their drive thru stays open 1 hour longer.

I've been here two times now. The first time I went, I was the only one inside, it took like 2 minutes for someone to even come to take my order because they give preference to drive thru, even though they had literally 8-10 people working behind the counter. She finally came and asked what I wanted, I told her a plate to go, she said okay and took the box out, then without saying anything to me at all, she left to go take a drive thru order. Another 1-2 minute wait and a different worker comes to prepare my order. She puts everything I wanted inside, leaves the lid open for the food to get cold, then leaves to go to the drive thru section as well. Finally another 1-2 minutes later, a male worker came and gave me the total and took my payment. Not so mention I had to pay extra for 2 orders of steak because they were out of both chicken options I wanted, and this was during lunch.

The second time I came for dinner, took about 20-25 minutes to take my order, this is with a total of 2 people in line and about 7 staff walking around behind the counter. I get to the front and once again, they are out of both chicken options, as well as the steak. I had to wait 10-15 minutes for steak to be made this time since there was no other good option. The only good thing is that one of the workers said if I could wait, he could make more steak for me.

So if you're going to this location, expect to not have the options you want, and try to go through drive thru...

All I want to say is Gracie was wonderful I watched her take her gloves off after serving someone with the other glove she had on she proceeded to wash her hands after washing her hands to put on more gloves to prepare my food food that I ordered was great the rice with little hard and old I asked for two separate containers the plates rather I do my best and you're the first location that has ever given me my cleats with no problem why separating them that way and not trying to force me to get them in a red box Gracie stay did she believe in giving the customer with a customer asked for. There was a gentleman that was cleaning a Lobby and cleaning the windows he had blue gloves on the gentleman was noted as going outside with those same gloves on after grabbing someone food that he was cleaning the lobby with blue gloves on after he grab someone fool with those same gloves on and proceeded to give them their food within the same gloves on after he came back inside from giving that person that food he continued to clean with him saying gloves on you have to remember to change your gloves as much as often. I want so much to give you a higher star before the issue with the glove not being changed and employees not washing hands in the middle of changing gloves and the fried rice is kind of hard so therefore I cannot give you a higher store I'm willing to give you another chance to see if everything is going to go accordingly on...

I made an online order. I received the email stating it will be ready at 11:58AM. I get to the restaurant and its not ready. Explained to the cashier I have to go I was on my 30 min lunch break. She kept saying 5 more mins waiting on the lowmein. I told her no just let me get rice in which I wanted in the first place. But online it stated that the rice was not available. She said just wait and proceeded to help someone else. At that point ( 12:10PM) I decided to cancel my order . I had to ask 3 different people to cancel my order I did not have time to wait and I began to get frustrated. Each employee stated first to wait my food is coming I explained to them "NO" Im not waiting any longer my food should have been ready at 11:58AM. I told the cashier to cancel my order and I was told it could not be canceled the store they don't have access to do it and I had to cancel my own order over the app. Now I'm 15 min late getting back to work and I went online to cancel my order I had received an email stating my order had been canceled because I did want it anymore, I wanted my order it was not ready as stated and I wasted my lunch having to deal with this BS!! I will find another location to go to even if I have to go out my way. This location was 10 mins away but its not worth taking the chance again. No lunch today. Thanks...
