I'm a rather regular customer here, drive thru mainly. I drive the red Honda Fit and order insane amounts of large unsweet iced teas, for those of you who know me. Anyhow, I wanted to first start off with the positive: the people here are nice, friendly, and doing a good job. I try to treat them in kind and not be a hassle to anyone: just trying to be respectful and get my food, you know? The food is usually served fresh, as far as fast food standards go. And it's open 24/7. I'm sure there are other things that make this location particularly nice but I ran out of ideas.
Now for my only complaint: the order accuracy. The workers here are usually good with it, but when they aren't, it can be a waste of my money and time.
You see, I often order a 12-piece of the crispy bone in chicken wings. They take like 10 min to prepare, and most of the time I get what I order: the honey garlic sriracha variety. But it has so happened about half a dozen times that when I order them late night via the drive thru, I am given the garlic parm ones instead.
Sometimes I'm in a rush and I don't look before I leave, and to be honest I'm not a picky eater, but just even the smell of the garlic parm variety give me nausea. Herein lies the problem.
I could go on in more detail, but I just ask that you give me what I ordered. That is all. Otherwise, keep up the good work. Thank you.

Order accuracy during the late shift is questionable for sure. This is like the third time they give me a 6 piece instead of a 12 piece. They have me drive thru the line again and I’m left with a waste of time on my hands. I always make sure to repeat the order like 2 times and get feedback confirmation while ordering so I’m not sure what the deal is but it’s not my issue. Had to knock off a star on my review from 4 to 3 stars for that one. I hope the late shift crew can get their act together or I’ll just start going to the nearby 24hr McDonald’s. It’s a little further but at least they can get an order right the first...
Read moreSo apparently 8PM on Saturday, May 14, 2016, was the time to train crew members. I got to the drive thru at about 8 on the dot. There were two cars ahead of me. It took me about 10 minutes to get to the speaker to order where I was greeted with some variation of "Welcome to Jack in the Box. We'll be with you in a moment. Thank you." I asked what the hold up was and was told they are training during the shift. After about five more minutes I asked if they could have the two cars ahead of me pull up so I could leave. That prompted a request to take my order. I pull up further and the driver of the car in front of me is flirting, jackassing, whatever with the employees at the window, "Tell so and so I said hi", "You know I need more ketchup", pretending to give the money to them, snatching it back," so on and so forth. Instead of being professional and courteous to the ever growing line of customers behind the ghetto-mobile and asking them to pull ahead they engaged in this behavior. I called the restaurant at this point at got the same excuse about training. I asked if the training included turtle's pace service and jackassing at the window with customers and could they move the line along By then another five minutes had passed and finally it was my turn to get my bag of "fast" food, which I declined and drove away. Honestly, it was probably for the best. Who needs to eat that junk and who would want food prepared by trainees if the drive-thru is any indication of...

I had one of the worst drive-thru experiences ever at this location. Joana M, the woman working the window, was completely unprofessional. I sat waiting over 6 minutes just to swipe my card while she played in her hair, touched her face, and then handled food—no gloves, no hair net, nothing. If I’m not mistaken, that’s a serious health code violation.
She handed me three full bags (normally it’s two), and when one fell—because I already had two in my hands—she looked at me and said, “You dropped it.” No apology, no help. I told her I didn’t want the dropped food, and she snatched it back and slammed the window in my face.
To make it worse, my order was wrong. I asked for extra bacon—didn’t get it. The burrito wasn’t even wrapped properly, and her bare hands had clearly been all over it. I watched them clean grease off the fryers, drop napkins on the floor, pick them up, and still use them. I took pictures and I’m ready to share them with Corporate, Grizzy News, ABC13—whoever needs to see this.
When I asked to speak to a manager, Joana rolled her eyes and said, “She’ll be here soon.” No accountability, no professionalism. I’ve dealt with rude staff here before, but this was the final straw. I will never return to this location. I’m calling the...
