Cannot stand the customer service here . If they make the drink wrong they’ll say it was made per the label . Then I’ll point at the label and show them the missing add on and they’ll get an attitude . I’m paying 7$ please dont get upset when something I paid extra for I actually WANT in my cup . Common sense no ? Apparently not to the baristas here . Today makes it twice that I pull up to the ordering window A MINUTE . Before my order time and they have something rude to say . These are employees who must not have any fear for their boss or manager . Because I wouldn’t be telling people . “Next time don’t pull up until exact time” . And it’s not even what they say , it’s HOW they say it . Not even a pull forward or anything . These people definitely need a retraining on customer service . A month ago one of them scolded me for forgetting to press drive thru on the app when I ordered . Sorry didn’t realize it was actually a thing , since no other Starbucks had ever mentioned this to me . Yeah do I now? Of course , but they could’ve just said , hey you probably didn’t notice but at the top there’s a drive thru button if you could just hit that for us next time that’s be great . Etc . But then again this is what I would say . & apparently I have more education than most because it’s not something they are able to do here . Read moreUpdate: Third experience was horrible. Placed an online order for pick up on Sunday. Get there a couple minutes after my order was supposed to be ready and they hadn’t even started on it. After it’s ready they tell me they don’t serve the specific roast I choose on my order on Sundays, so instead they made it a blonde roast. Unacceptable, I was never asked if a substitute was ok. I left the whole order there and asked for a refund since I paid on the app. Here it is Wednesday and still no refund. I will be calling corporate and will not utilize this location again. Such a bummer since it’s so close and convenient.
My first experience was great! The employees were all very friendly and had great energy. That was an early morning on Saturday. Yesterday evening however was not the same. I ordered online for pick up in the drive thru. There was 1 vehicle in front of me and 1 behind me. I watched the vehicle in front wait for almost 2 minutes to be helped. The window never opened and they drove off. I pulled up and waited almost 2 minutes to be helped. I saw the employee constantly tapping on the screen, not acknowledging me. Someone else finally came over to help me and the person behind me also drove off.

Read moreThis location was always my go to coffee spot for those all nighters as it's close and relatively new. The sttaff has never failed to make me smile and provide such quick amazing service. Came late one night Starbucks and had minor technical issue ordering but we didnt think much of it. We were greeted by a super friendly worker super concerned they cut us off and gifted us with a free drink. Insisted we’re okay but they insisted. They greeted all of us and we had an amazing conversation filled with laughter. Truly great end to our night and will surely be back. ;)))
