I love Raising Canes!!! All summer we have looked forward to it opening. The particular location really gives this chain a bad name!!ive been through the drive through several times waiting at a minimum 19 min and a 25 minutes which is RIDICULOUS for a drive thru. EVERY time I have gone through the drive thru not only do I wait forever but my order is wrong. My son and I share the caniac combo and on my most recent visit were shorted 2 strips. By the time you get home to eat and notice we have been shorted our dinner I am not willing to go through the drive thru again. That would be almost an hour of my time just to get dinner. The manager did not honor the agreement he told me over the phone to replace the dinner. He simply said he would add two more strips. He told me to be patient that they had just opened. Read moreOrdered in drive thru @ around 4 PM. It was NOT busy. I ordered 4-3 finger combos, w/ ALL lg drinks, and extra toast. after paying, I requested ketchup as well. I was handed 4 medium drinks, I then corrected the worker, about he large drinks I ordered, they corrected them, gave me my order a long with the larger drinks and I waited there for 2 min waiving at the window for ketchup. I went home and 3 of 4 of the orders had ff that would be ok if they were for a kids meal... But I did not order kids meals! The portion sizes are ridiculous!!! The lack of FF they put into the to go boxes was minimal (PICS ATTACHED BELOW) and the tenders looked like 3 inch nuggets. I was so upset that they are ok with giving this for the $50 I paid to feed 4 people! I never write good or bad reviews; but this has happened to me more than once at this location. Read moreI ordered curbside and I parked in the curbside area and waited.... And waited... So I called them to let them know I was here & the lady told me she didn't have any mobile orders on the screen but to wait & she would be right out. I showed her my email receipt and she told me that I wasn't at the correct location that was shown on the receipt. She then told me not to worry that all she has to do is call the other location to transfer the order. She was very quick because the food was out before I was even halfway finished writing this review. I got her name and it is Gabby. Gabby was very professional & was quick to assist. Every so often my husband or I will order food takeout from the wrong location of other restaurants by accident & the result has always been the same....that I drive to the correct location to pick up my order.
