If at all possible, I would rate this store a zero! The workers in this store DON'T understand the rationale for hand washing! Last night was the last straw. I walked in this store and found the male employee near the drink dispenser touching things accessible to anyone. I was horrified when he came back behind the counter, grab some gloves, contaminated by his dirty hands, to make my sandwiches! I paused and asked, "are you going to wash your hands first?" He said he did not need to wash his hands. When I asked him again to wash his hands first, he told me he did not need to because he washes dishes. I explained to this employee of a food establishment that washing dishes does not mean you don' t have to wash your hands the rest of the day. He got angry and threw the gloves on the sandwich making counter and said, "well get her to make your sandwich!" He was referring to his co-worker. The male worker was told that I was going to call the manager...he kept saying, "whatever, do what you have to do, I don't care" Hmmm, interesting attitude, refusing to wash hands at this food establishment! This is not the first time I have gone into this store and noticed the lack of sanitary habits. I have had to ask the male worker before to change his gloves before finishing my sandwiches because in the middle of making my food he stopped to help the female worker put a box and other items on a shelf in the storeroom, touching other things and then came back to make my food. Horrified, I asked him to change his gloves first. Why do I have to ask or instruct on the importance of this very important step at a food establishment. I have been in many other Subways and other similar stores; you actually see the employees wash their hands when they come back behind the counter. Future encounters with this store will be for the purpose of video of poor sanitary habits, to be turned over to the health department. This store is rated...
Read moreShameful location. I'm sick and my mom offered to get me food so I sent her here. Upon ordering a turkey Titan, which shows it is supposed to have 33% more turkey than a normal sandwich, the sandwichmaker did not follow the +33% guidelines. It was brought up while being made, and the worker called the owner to confirm this. The app also shows this extremely clearly, which was also shown. Upon answering his phone, he was hostile from the beginning and refused to honor his franchise's deal. He went on to say this was his store and he'll sell whatever the f he wants. Other guests were confused how or why it wasn't being honored as there was no confusion in wanting to get what we were paying for and not less, as well as his hostility. No doubt this experience left others who witnessed distrusting. Okay. Shove the sandwiches and we won't...
Read moreHorrible experience there today, 04/24/2018. First of all, there were only 2 workers who more slow could not be. I went to order a salad and the lady that did it was terribly rude to me. I was indicating her HOW I WANTED my salad, because I don’t like all the vegetables, chicken and cheese all mixed together, I was telling her what to put first in the bowl and what next. And she replied to me like: ok Ms. now you tell me how to do my job, with a really rude actitud. I told her that I wasn’t telling her how to do her job, THAT IS HOW I WANTED MY FOOD. I’ve work in retail store and restaurants and we as employees MUST never say that to a customer. Anyway, this been the worst Subway...
