Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Pekin

I’m not sure how they mess up so consistently from no sauce to smashed pizza and sandwiches, no sauces, undercooked, over cooked. We’ve even had one of their pizza pans still under the pizza when we got it, that thing was sticky from the grease never being cleaned off. It was black/brown under the pizza and after about an over night soak you could see it was supposed to be shiny. Jeremy is supposedly the highest person there and he claims to have 10-12 deliver drivers on hand every time I’ve called to complain. He also has no idea the names of any of his drivers. ordered a simple 3 topping large pizza with a wait time of 9-19 minutes. get to lobby 12 minutes later and told pizza would be done shortly. 20 minutes later cashier came out and said they were out of a topping and we forgot to tell you while i was sitting 10 feet from cashier and only customer in building. was also charged for 3 sides of marinara got home only to find out id been given 2 sides 1 marinara and 1 icing. horrible service horrible food will never go this location ever again. 9-19 minute wait time turned into over 40minutes all because they forgot to tell the only customer in building they...
