Erin...rudest employee I have ever come across. First she gave me attitude when I found out I accidentally ordered my coffee on the mobile app at a different location. There was no one in line so I jumped onto the app to reorder my coffee and while I was ordering it Erin took it upon herself to ask me to move out of the drive thru line when there was no one behind me. I told her there was no one there and if someone came along I would gladly move out of the way. She told me that I had to move immediately or she was going to refuse me service. I again told her there was no one behind me and if someone came I would move. She then told me, "At this time I am refusing to serve you, you need to leave the premissis". I was beside myself. I told her that I was having a problem with the app and she told me to figure it out myself somewhere else. I'm not sure what her issue was, but when I attempted to talk to her to tell her that the order was placed...and again still no one behind me....she told me that she was going to call the police if I didn't move. What a joke. I decided to leave because arguing with her wasn't going to get me anywhere. I left knowing one thing and one thing only...unless this person is relieved of her job I will not be coming back. I'm not okay with being disrespected by anyone, much less someone who comes off as better than everyone else. I will be contacting the owners and management of this establishment soon with other reviews mentioning her attitude, lack of respect, and just plain poor customer service. Read moreThere was nothin positive to report on my first visit here. I will preface this with we went here because it was my 5 year olds choice and she wanted donuts and specifically requested Dunkin. Her and I walked in and were greeted by an associate near the registers and we were told they weren’t working and to go down to the pick up area and wait. Wait we did. As we waited another 2 younger ladies came in and were told the same thing at the registers but remained there. We stood for no less than 8-10 minutes with 0 assistance even though there were 3 people behind the counter that were visible. 1 running the window, 1 prepping food, and 1 making drinks up front. In the meantime my 5 year old had already picked out which donuts she wanted and now was asking why it was taking so long and I tried to explain they were busy but wasn’t exactly sure. We remained patient throughout the process but when a 4th employee came in and walked right up to the registers we were told were not working by the young lady making drinks(who had now been standing idle for a period of time) and started taking the 2 girls orders that had come in after us it became unacceptable. The girl who had originally told us to move down sat there and watched this happen and said nothing. Read moreOverall this Dunkin is efficient. I will order at 5 on my way to work and breeze through the drive thru by 505 and have everything I need and be off. Once in awhile my go to drink (Raspberry watermelon refresher w/ Green tea) has been modified because they don't have green tea avaliable. However I write this review to complain about the donuts. Twice (once on 2 different days) our 2 donuts (Boston creme) have been poorly thrown into the bag along with getting no napkins unless we requested before driving off. It is already a messy donut but having chocolate just all over inside the bag makes trying to eat them on the way to work a bigger mess than necessary. I love getting dunkin but some days it isn't...
