Arby's — Restaurant in Pell City

Stopped by with a friend of mine to just grab a quick bite to eat. Went through the drive through, and she ordered their 5/$10 to take home with her for her family. I ordered some of the loaded fries. To begin with over the mic I ask for those to be put in 2 seperste bags but instead the fries were thrown in the bottom of the bag in one of those cardboard hb clamp shells with rhe other food all on top. Somewhere between packing the bag and us getting the bag, the fries were everywhere in our bag all over the bottom of the bag and the other food. The bottom of the bag had already begun to soak through the bag, so I parked and carried the bag back inside to show them what we had received. The girl up front seemed to be understanding about the situation, not sure if she was the one who packed the bag but not the one who handed it to us. The girl in the kitchen was very ugly screaming at the girl up front about what I wanted when the girl up front told her that she then starts cursing and slinging everything while making me a new order of fries that she slung across the rack where they put the food from back to front. The girl was lucky enough to stop it before it landed in the floor. I actually felt sorry for anyone who would have to work with someone who acted like that. Maybe this is the reason some places are understaffed because I wouldn't make it working along side anyone who...

How are you supposed to get food at 12:30am when you are working 3rdshift construction, on the interstate, in a sweeper truck that won't make it thru the drive thru?The 2 workers inside look at you when you knock on the window and speed walk to the back only to stare at you... We are a very loyal customer.. We will go out of the way to find an Arbys...Their food is normally great.. Dining room and bathrooms are normally clean ..couldn't tell you about this one tho.. Knocked on the window....because the sweeper truck is way too tall to get to the drive thru... So we parked the truck right next to the drive thru window...jumped out in a high viability work shirt knocked on window...the 2 workers practically ran to the back... We walked around both doors to the dining room was locked... No one would answer the drive thru speaker and when I called the manager Cody..he said it was against company policy... We are staying up all night tonight fixing your roads...and couldn't even get an order of fries... VERY UNHAPPY...

Never before have I had the experience I've had today at Arby's in Pell City .First as I walk in I see everyone besides the cooks, standing around .The drive through line is wrapped around the building. The lady taking my order was nice but all of the other workers that now decided to start working, were talking so loudly at each other in the back. Apparently a few others had ordered jalapeno poppers like I did as well but of course these STAR workers didn't drop enough orders of poppers so there's more cars in the drive through waiting and as am I. I will say my food was good, no problems there. Almost all of the tables are dirty. Also as much to my suprise a customer comes in and makes a complaint from the drive through and ONCE AGAIN THE WORKERS ARE complaining about that now and arguing. As a customer I don't want to hear that as I am eating and spenings money at someones...
