I have been sick lately and didn’t feel like cooking so I went to BK because my children has always loved them. When I pulled up at the call box I was greeted with a wonderful greeting and then BAM this lady came over with an attitude. I quickly realized that the very kind guy was just an automated greeting. I apologized to the lady and told her ahead of time that I had a large order due to a big family. She took the order and told me to pull around. I pulled around to a lady who was decent but still had an attitude. I paid and was told to pull forward. I waited about 15min which all together I was perfectly fine with because of the large order. The guy who brought my order out I first thought was kind until he looks at me and says “here is the order that broke the bank. We have all been in there laughing and joking about it because it all had to be cooked”.. as he laughed. Before I could say anything he threw the bags at me and was gone. What he said was rude and uncalled for. First of all, it didn’t break the bank and IF it did, it’s NONE of his business. Secondly, my large break the bank order goes to help pay for his paycheck. Third, what in BK doesn’t have to be cooked? That was just a dumb comment to make period! Fourth, it is THEIR job to make and serve food so if he or anyone else don’t like it, they need to go find another job. Fifth, he nor anyone else there know me, my life or what I have been through lately. I had planned on tipping him since it was a large order but after the ugliness and rudeness I received by him, I decided not to. Read moreWe went to the Burger King in 1407 Parkhill Parkway, Pell city Alabama 𝚖𝚊𝚢 4 𝚊𝚝 1:32 and my grandmother has an appointment with the doctor at 1:30 and we were running a little late we were hungry. We were trying to get some fast food we get in there to go to order, this lady didn’t even know what she was doing. To begin with and so we then wait 12 minutes to get to the window to even pay and then we pay and wait another good 20 and 30 minutes to get our food they forget to give us straws and it’s 2 o’clock by the time that we needed to get to an appointment for my grandmother and the food was cold and they were not short staffed because they had at least six people out front and more in the back. They were laughing and cutting up instead of doing their job then not only that the lady was kind of rude that handed us our food we were order 508. We just really did not know how to handle it other than to go on their website because they barely even put 𝚝𝚑𝚎 website because it looks like they tried to rip it off so we couldn’t put a review, then not only that they were mentioning how they were going to have a inspector coming in soon and they wanted a good while they were sitting there just taking their precious time and going to catch the chicken so that they can just you know cut it up 𝚊𝚗𝚍 𝚏𝚛𝚢 𝚒𝚝 no keep a man I’m trying to keep calm with him and I’m trying to be respectful because I’ve been going through a really tough situation, but the service in total was just horrific if I could’ve gave them a zero today I would have and trust me. Read moreI went yesterday afternoon at around 2. The lady who took my order was extremely rude. The same lady who took my order was at the window had the worst ugliest scowl I’ve ever seen she had a terrible attitude absolutely 0 customer service skill. We asked for ketchup and BBQ she looked at us did not say a single word of acknowledgment asked us to pull forward a sweet lady brought out food out we did not get the sauce so I went in to get it at which who im guessing is the “manager” was loud rude and was looking at me as if I was the problem the lady who brought my food was getting me the sauces and the manager very loudly said “what about it” while looking at me up and down. This is by far the worst the absolute worst experience I have ever received in any type of establishment in my entire life and if this is how Burger King wants to continue at this location. They need to just shut it down. With all that being said I’ve worked in food industry and no matter what type of mood I was in I absolutely have never taken it out on customers I tried to give benefit of the doubt of “maybe she had a bad day” but once I went in to get the sauces I could tell that this is simply just their attitudes and it needs to be looked into...
