Wingstop — Restaurant in Pell City

Look I really love chicken and I've heard good reviews about Wingstop over social media and info believe there good but for this one in pell city I didn't like now imma say this I worked in a restaurant and I understand it can be busy and stressful but when it comes to the food you always gotta pay attention especially when it's with chicken when me my girlfriend and mom ordered we sat next to a tv and mins later me and my mom released that there was three speakers playing different music in different places of the restaurant and to be honest puting speakers on a corners of brook walls wear costumer sit is not a good idea because with the frequency of the sound waves bouncing on the corner of the walls it will be hard for some people to here because that happened to me and my mom and my girlfriend and we seriously waited 40 mins for the food and I'm not not at the employees I'm mad about the part of the people who set up the speakers in the restaurant but let's move on pass over that imma say this the fries were good as hell sorry for the language but there were good but the chicken I was disappointed my first bite I thought that must be a big knuckle on this flat but it wasn't it was the chicken but knowing my big self I still ate 10 of my wings some were soft and some were dry my mother and girlfriend on the other hand they didn't eat all the chicken and some of the chicken my mom ordered was some Mexican flavor chicken and it was pretty bad to the point that even me myself who seriously eats a avocado kinda like apple , I couldn't eat that piece of chicken and it was that seriously bad but what I'm wanting to say I I know Wingstop is a good wing place I just wish there employees can try and realize that food like this can actually get some one sick or those dry pieces can make a small kid choke and I wish for them...

Placed an order via the app at or around 4p. App indicated order would be ready between 4:17-4:22. I arrived at 4:20, and finally walked out with my order at 5:15.

The atmosphere seemed chaotic, but slow. The guy initially bagging orders would sometimes call out names and other times would just place the bag on the shelf at the front. When the counter worker would remember or a patron would ask if their order was on the shelf, he would check and proceed to call out names and sometimes there were orders placed there for people waiting on food.

I have ordered 2x now from the Pell City Wingstop and today was worse than the first time. To boot, the order wasn't quite right.

I welcome the added variety to Pell City for the food, but I think they need to work on the process to quickly and efficiently...

Run, don’t walk, AWAY! 1)The employee taking our order was high as a kite so I specified to have bones in my classic wings (more than 1 order).I was told it’d be a 40 min wait. Okay. Of course when the order was finally done WRONG,WRONG, WRONG. 2) While waiting a disgruntled customer came in to get her order corrected, it did not happen. 3) Another employee took the last of the sweet tea. It never was refilled during my long wait time.

If you are looking for a place with quality food and employees with some integrity, you’re looking in the WRONG place.

I hope the next food business who buys out this Wing Stop knows that the bar is on the floor. They’ll do so much better.
