Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Pell City

Breakfast burrito was assembled by someone who's never seen a burrito. The sign saying the slush machine was old and faded so apparently isn't going to be fixed. Waitress was friendly and the only reason I didn't give just one star. I rarely go to Sonic at all but I will avoid this one in the future. This is definitely a management problem and the kind of place that won't worry about washing hands or cleaning up properly. And all this from one of the highest priced places in the area. My belly is already telling me I'm going to be regretting this decision for the rest of the day.

Edit: got a reply about my review from Sonic and I called their number. Talked with a pleasant dude and was offered a $5 gift card and we talked further and was 'upgraded' to a $10 gift card. Was put on hold awhile and was told I'd have to download their app to get anything. So, this is just further evidence of why I should be avoiding Sonic. They can't figure out burritos and slushes, and they can't figure out how to resolve valid issues, so I'm reminded that they also aren't concerned with hand washing or any hygiene, what would make me think differently? The Staff is extremely rude on the night shift. We have gone 3 times in the last 2 weeks and they have refused to serve us, stating they are backed up. Only one side is open for service, lastnight at 6:45pm there were 6 cars there, we pulled into a vacant space and placed an order. They refused to take our ordering stating they were too busy. We asked for a manager, she came out and said no more orders today. Then a young man shouted from inside out the door and said we are not taking anymore orders, you need to leave. This is the 3rd time this has happened to us. We also go to the trussville location, which has twice as many customers and they seem to service their customers just fine. We've seen people even waiting on a spot and never turned away there. The Pell City location is unprofessional, rude, and don't seem to want to work. They were goofing off inside. We will be making another trip, and this time we plan to video their interaction and show their work ethic. I love sonic in Oxford and Anniston bc they make sure your food is cooked and well your skakes are good but the Food is terrible in Pell City the service is terrible there slow and also after eating this food it made me feel sick after eating it and made my stomach start hurting asked for a shake and the woman said you can't get a medium one unless you get a drink and says she will be back when she comes back she doesn't add it to our order like we just told her the woman was rude as hell my drink tastes like sprite and melted down and I had Fanta my chicken tasted Burnt never will I ever come back to a restaurant that there food taste so bad and pay almost $20 and also asked for 5 peice tenders and only 3 little tenders then waited for so long for them to come out with the food this service is so slow and will never change I've read a lot of the reviews and I understand how the people that leaves the reviews feel but I just will never ever come back for how bad the food and the peoples...
