An absolute must visit. Beth's personality, passion & craft make this shop one in a million. She'll help you find the best cup of coffee tailored to your tastes and teach you how to make it over and over at home. But she's also created a really neat space to hang out and try some unique offerings you won't find anywhere else. For example, I told her to surprise me and she asked me what my favorite childhood memory was... then created an off menu latte with the best steamed milk I've ever experienced flavored with ginger and brown sugar (who would've thought of that?!).

Best of all, this is a family friendly shop. She has all you need to keep the littles engaged while you visit with friends or kits to take home and experiment with STEAM activities on your own.

Tucked in the loft of a bicycle shop, Iris coffee makes a great cup of coffee. We were immediately helped and presented with a variety of brewing method and in-house roasted beans.

I had a medium roasted Ethiopian bean brewed via the siphon method and my wife had their special from the last lab session on Saturday. During preparation and enjoyment we were treated to pleasant conversation covering both Iris and coffee in general. As we were leaving they were also firing up their air roaster.
