Everytime I place a to go order they never provide a bag. I tip 18% until I receive service that deserves more of a tip. The servers are doing this on purpose and it comes across as entitled. When I ask them why I don't get a bag for my online order the cashier just responded that there is an option to ask for a Bag when this is not the case. Adding to review to respond. I understand I can ask. This is very inconvenient the cashiers are usually busy and I have to wait for them to finish their transactions. And I have seen other single orders on the shelf with bags except mine. Why not just make the bags available so that I can grab one. I understand it's a cost but I doubt that anyone's gonna take more than what they need. The food here is already not cheap so taking this extra step to satisfy online order customers would go a long way. I have chosen to stop going here for this reason. The cost saving strategies I have read on other reviews such as serving too little food and of course not providing bags to all orders just rub me the wrong way. Maybe when I come back things would...
Read moreI just want to say that the Pembroke Pines location is easily the best one ever. Their staff is so caring and makes sure every time that I have the perfect order. Anytime they’ve ever messed up they personally reach out to apologize and make sure they make it right. I love the cute little notes they always leave on my bowl. They don’t over price their delivery and as someone who is new to the area and works from home it’s so convenient. Their black and white rice is soooo good and their asian sweet potato noodles are always perfect. Teriyaki chicken and salmon is seasoned so perfectly. I had their chocolate chip cookie for the first time today and i can’t believe i’m going to say it but it was the BEST choc chip cookie i’ve had. This place is fairly affordable just wish their toppings weren’t an additional charge. Love this place and will definitely not be going to...
Read moreUsually, my experience is good at Bolay especially at the location on 441 near wellington and even the one on ockeechobee near the I-95. Unfortunately, the Pembroke at 14810 Pines dropped the ball on service. The REG 1 cashier who processed my order had just finished wiping down the glass and counters and proceeded to serve my food using the same gloves she had on from wiping, then was touching my food in the process and her personality was unfriendly which was disappointing. After I pointed out what she was doing and that I wasn't going to accept the plate she made, she had to change her gloves and rushed to make another plate.. Overall, it was my poorest experience at Bolay and I will not support this location anymore because it left me with a bad impression on the operations...
