After eating out to a couple Authentic Asian cuisine restaurants in Orlando, we definitely got hungry for more the weekend we came back down! My girlfriend and I spent about 30 minutes looking for good local spots here in Hialeah/Miami Gardens and found several good spots! Nine Five Pho being one we wanted to try the most also being close to where we were at the time. Their aesthetic fits their restaurant so well that it just blends with the modern times we are in with social media and all. It's really cute and really well designed. My girlfriend and I also truly loved how the drinks and the food stations were seperated to avoid lines from being too long. For Bobas, we picked up the Purple Taro Milk Tea and a Lavender Matcha Latte. Both were extremely refreshing and light on the sweet side. It wasn't too sugary nor was it bitter by any means. The tapioca balls were on the Purple Taro were actually really delicious (my girlfriend loves boba and I tend to stay away from them 😅).
Nonetheless, great drinks that we will obviously order again once we return!
As for the dishes, my girlfriend ordered a C3 - Salad w/Grilled Lemongrass chicken and grilled shrimp and I Made my own Pho with chicken, grilled shrimp and a mushroom medley with several veggies and garnishes! I definitely did put too much Sriracha on my Pho but it didn't tarnish the taste of the dish in any way. It was super good and it filled me up to the point where I simply could not finish!! I tend to finish these bowls as sign of respect but the food definitely beat me this time! Both dishes were extremely light, freshly made, and refreshing. The drinks and the dishes seemed to really accommodate one another and just made our experience jump to another level. I also do recommend picking up some eggrolls along with your dish as well with some of the sauces they offer. We picked up some spicy sauces and just knocked my taste buds out! I definitely wanted to take seconds back home after our meal!
The service is stupendous as well. They always have the employees walking around the restaurant waiting for people to be finished with their dishes to make sure their tables are clean for the customers. They also make sure that the food is to your liking and to make sure everything is okay. They were quite kind and quite generous with helping my girlfriend and I out and we appreciate the service tremendously. We typically help the employees out as well by stacking our cups, plates, etc. It's beneficial for us and for the workers so do your part!
I'd definitely recommend this place 100% We loved our experience being here !🙏🏽

Read moreThe place is clean, bright and airy. The staff kept the order line moving along at a decent pace.....the wait is typically not long. The food is OK, not spectacular but ok and fresh. Today is was behind a Young lady who ordered a beef pho but she wanted both the regular pho noodles and the zoodles together in the same bowl. Initially she was told that combination wasn't possible but someone cleared that up and she was then told that the zoodles would be an uncharge of $3, so she is now getting the regular noodles for which there is no charge and her serving of zoodles which would be an additional $3. She happily agreed and the line moved on. Then she got to the cashier who told her that she would now have to pay and additional $1.50 on top of the $3 she was told. The cashier who turned out to be the manager kept pointing to the menu to justify that position. The cashier is wrong for two reasons 1. The $1.50 on the menu board refers to an item change from regular noodles to zoodles, not that the customer was getting the regular noodles and paying an additional $3 to have the zoodles as well. 2. The initial employee had consulted with the manager and this is where the $3 charge for adding the zoodles to her bowl along with her regular noodles, came from. No a.ount of explaining to the young lady manager could make her see that point. The customer reluctantly paid $1.50 so she could go have her meal...
Read moreBeen hearing about this new place down south! Had to make a stop after the wedding to see what the rave was about (I mentioned it to a friend in Texas and even she was telling me great things about this place!) So, of course, I had expectations! I love the concept of a Chipotle inspired line for a Vietnamese Pho and Banh Mi place! This place is literally a one stop eatery for all things Vietnamese/ Boba! There's a different section for boba drinks which I thought was genius! Divide and conquer! Have a group of friends? Have someone order the food and someone else take the drink orders. When we got in line I'll admit I was hesitant since a rush of people came through but surprisingly, we got through our orders quickly- love the efficiency! We ordered the egg rolls, the spring rolls (highly recommend!!), short rib pho, and bo kho (they have a rotating pop up menu- such a great idea for regular costumers who would like to try something new!) The service was exceptional! My husband described it as "Chik Fil A friendly!" Lol THE decor was so cute! They definitely thought of everything. It is Instagram posting friendly! I love the sitting area for the boba drinkers who just came in to grab a quick drink, but I'm sure with the amazing aroma of food, you can't just go in for drinks, you'll find your way to the food line...
