Chick 'n Chop on the Grill — Restaurant in Pembroke Pines

The employees here are so unbelievably rude. I showed up at 11:50 and their door was locked so I called the store for them to open it. They ignored me for five minutes and finally came to the front to unlock the door (but didn’t even open it for me like a good employee would). When I stepped inside the man went immediately to the back and stayed there while I waited another five minutes for him to come back out. He also had a friend with him in plain clothes and a backpack who obviously didn’t work there and was just hanging out. I will not be returning, especially after the way the man very rudely spoke to me while taking my order. He also left to the back without saying anything immediately after swiping my card and slapping it back down on the counter. Talk about horrible customer service, this place...

The staff members are super rude, very unwelcoming. They never heard about anything called costumer service. They are very impolite and they were annoyed if I ask a question or I change anything in the order. Never coming again to this restaurant they don’t even deserve for people to eat there. Restaurant is not clean at all and the staff members are not wearing gloves while serving the food. I don’t think they even wash their hands before giving the food. The two workers hate that they are even working. They are mad and angry the whole time. They were giving attitude to everybody ordering or coming inside. The chicken is burned and disgusting. For lunch - We went family of 5/ 3 adults 1 child 1 toddler. Mixed batch not a problem . Their menu was ample and hard to choose from because it all sounded delicious. We had some wraps with the roasted chicken and I had it with steamed vegetables. We alao ordered the fricasse chicken with rice, a chicken chop with guacamole and even added a side of tostones. They were fried crunchy but not too overboard. Just the right amount. The sauces suggested were an instant hit, definitely try the Mediterranean garlic. It was my favorite.
