Terrible Dining Experience – Immediate Attention Needed
I take full responsibility because when I pulled up there were only 5 cars in the parking lot which should’ve been my 1st red flag!
I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent dining experience at your Chilli’s location (Table 46/4) on January 14, 2025. We arrived around 8:30 PM and left at 10:15 PM, and unfortunately, our experience was nothing short of disappointing.
First, the drinks were advertised as 2-for-1 Mango Rita and Resolution Breaker Margaritas, which both tasted watered down and nothing like what we expected from a cocktail – more like plain juice. My order, the Triple Dipper, was also a disaster. The chicken tenders tasted rubbery, undercooked, and frankly, inedible. My burger, which I had specifically ordered well-done, arrived undercooked as well. I was disgusted by the poor quality of food and the apparent lack of attention to food safety.
Additionally, the dishes were dirty, which immediately set a negative tone for the evening. While our waiter was polite, she seemed forgetful and overwhelmed, despite there being only five cars in the parking lot. My friend’s order was also incorrect, and she too received the same rubbery, undercooked chicken tenders. To make matters worse, her entrée appeared to have only about 10 fries, and she had to go back and forth with the young lady passing out the food to get a full serving. This kind of oversight is completely unacceptable.
When we notified the waitress about the issues, she offered to remake the items, but at that point, I was so turned off by the overall experience that I simply requested the check. To make matters worse, my friend had ordered southwest egg rolls to-go for her daughter, but they arrived as whole egg rolls, not sliced as depicted on the menu. The real concern came the following day when we discovered that the dipping sauce for the egg rolls had expired! This is unacceptable, and it raises serious concerns about the overall cleanliness and food safety practices at your restaurant.
When we spoke to the manager, he was dismissive of our complaints. He insisted that the egg rolls are always served whole, and he seemed unconcerned about the rubbery chicken issue, which only added to our frustration. This was a truly terrible customer service experience, and frankly, this is dirty dining. It seems your establishment may be in need of a thorough inspection.
I will not be returning to Chilli’s, and I urge you to address these issues immediately to prevent future customers from having the same disappointing experience.

Read moreToday was my second time coming here, and both experiences were terrible. The first time I came here was on 5/17/21 to celebrate my sister's birthday. The worker did not greet us upon arrival, and she refused to give us menus. She claimed that they didn't have menus, and we had to use the tablet. Then she kept profiling us by staring at us as we ordered and ate our food, which made me uncomfortable. Today I came here, and I ordered the pick-two fajita deal for $17.79. The portion was so small I immediately turned it in and said, " I don't want this; I wanna order something else." I ordered the "three for me" with an appetizer of salsa and chips. The waitress quickly bought the appetizer to the table. However, the main course took more than 30 minutes. My sister ordered the seafood pasta, and it was chewy. It didn't even include the crab, as it was mentioned on the menu. Out of shyness, she refused to speak up and say that until the last minute. I complained to the waitress, and she rolled her eyes and told the assistant manager. He came out of the kitchen and said," we can't replace it because it's half eaten." I said, "okay." I went up to the front and asked to speak to the manager. The manager resolved the problems (uncooked food and never receiving an order for more than 30 minutes). The manager replaced the pasta, and this time it was correctly cooked and included crab. My food finally came out of the kitchen after more than thirty minutes. It was small and wasn't worth it AT ALL. I was charged twice for the pasta and paid nearly $100 for three small plates of food and one plate of uncooked food. They also charged me $17.79 for the fajita deal that I DIDN'T EVEN EAT. I am highly dissatisfied and appalled. I would never come...
Read moreI am sorry in advance for this long review. I normally don't write my opinion. But this weekend when We went on Saturday I was mind blown. I went with my family and even though the food was good the service was not. We where a large family that went so I was patient just because I understand large family orders are allot. But even though the waitress was nice and she was new as she told us. When the drinks came out they brought my daughters drink without a top. Which was weird so I asked for a lid because it was for a child. Then they forgot about my son's water, which I had to get up and ask for it. The waitress did not check on us to see if we needed refills for our drinks. I had to ask other waiters and waitress for some help to get refills for us. Then when the food came out I got my food first which was a salad but I asked the young lady that brought me my salad for some Caesar dressing. The young lady brought it to me a through it on the table an it came out of the container. My sister told the manager an he was very apologetic. An besides the food situation, the there where two ppl helping pick up and deliver food that had bonnets on. Bonnets from home that I use to sleep in. That was crazy to me. I have never in my life seen that at a restaurant. With this being said I will never go back to this Chilli's because the way we where treated was not okay. No one should have to go around looking for the waitress. ESPECIALLY when it was 2:30pm an it...
